The study was performed to isolate and identify the Myxococcus
xanthus from (50) samples of grave soils .Special growth conditions had been used to support the growth of M.
xanthus and to suppressed the growth of other microorganisms like (Drying , High concentration of antibiotics and specific growth media)
M. . xanthus isolates had been subjected to the morphological, cultural and biochemical examinations for identification . Results obtaind could be summarized as follows : 1. Myxobacteria were found as normal flora inhabitants of the arid soils. 2. Ten local isplates of M. xanthus out of (50) soil samples were isolated as fruiting bodies depending on baiting technique by baker ' s yeast. 3. Soil extract agar with baker 's yeast was suitable for obtaining the best growth of vegetative swarms as pure culture
The new Hexadentate complexes type [M(H3L3)]K were prepared from the condensation reaction of Diphenylmonoxime and KOH with (Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), and Hg(II)) in methanol with 3:1 ligand : metal ratio to give a series of new complexes of the general formula [M(H3L3)]K (where: M(II) = Mn ,Co ,N ,Cu ,Zn and Hg).All compounds have been Characterized by spectroscopic methods [I.R, U.v-Vis, atomic absorption and microanalysis (C.H.N) along with conductivity measurements. The stability constant K and Gibbs free energy ∆G were calculated for [Co (H3L3)] K, [Ni (H3L3)] K and [Cu (H3L3)] K and complexes using spectrophotometer method. The subject of this research involves studying adsorption to removal herbicide Atlantis WG from aqueous solutions by bentonite clay. The equilibrium concentration have been determined spectra photometry by using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The experimental equilibrium sorption data were analyzed by two widely, Langmuir and Freundlish isotherm models.
