In this study new derivatives of O-[2-{''2-Substituted Aryl (''1,''3,''4 thia diazolyl) ['3,'4b]-'1,'2,'4- Triazolyl]-Ethyl]-p- chlorobenzald oxime (6-11) have been synthesized from the starting material p-chloro – E- benzaldoxime 1. Compound 2 was synthesized by the reaction of p-chloro – E- benzaldoxime with ethyl acrylate in basic medium. Refluxing compound 2 with hydrazine hydrate in ethanol absolute afforded 3. Derivative 4 was prepared by the reaction of 3 with carbon disulphide, treated of compound 4 with hydrazine hydrate gave 5. The derivatives (6-11) were prepared by the reaction of 5 with different substitutes of aromatic acids. The structures of these compounds were characterized from their melting points, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and 1HNMR (some of them). Compounds (6-11) were exhibited biological activity against E- coli bacteria. Compound 9 exhibited higher degree of activity than the other. Besides, we furnish few illustrative examples on them via NBTS. Further, we investigate some basic properties of them, and formulate several results on NBTSs.

The antimicrobial activity of two naphthoquinone semicarbazone derivatives (Two newly synthesized compounds) have been studied by using tube — diluation and disc plate technique. The effect of those derivatives upon pathogenic microorganism iso-lated from specimen(urine iwounds,stool, swabs, throat ....etc) have been studied also in comparison with the antibiotics (amikacin,ampicillin, carbencillin, cephalothin, cefoxitin,clindamycin ,erythromycin,gentamycin,penicillin,tetracylin and tri-methoprim. It was shown that derivative(1) had more effective against micro organ-ism than derivative(11).

Interleukin-35 (IL-35) is a new member of IL-12 family of cytokines, and its role in pathogenesis of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has been recently suggested. Accordingly, a case-control study was conducted during June - October 2018 to determine IL-35 serum level in Iraqi patients with chronic HBV infection. The results revealed that IL-35 level was significantly decreased in patients as compared to control (163 vs. 301 pg/ml; p < 0.001). However, such decreased level was more pronounced in patients at the age groups < 40 and 40 – 50 years (165 and 145 pg/ml, respectively) as compared to the corresponding age groups in control (482 and 234 pg/ml, respectively). A new, simple, sensitive and fast developed method was used for the determination of methyldopa in pure and pharmaceutical formulations by using continuous flow injection analysis. This method is based on formation a burgundy color complex between methyldopa andammonium ceric (IV) nitrate in aqueous medium using long distance chasing photometer NAG-ADF-300-2. The linear range for calibration graph was 0.05-8.3 mmol/L for cell A and 0.1-8.5 mmol/L for cell B, and LOD 952.8000 ng /200 µL for cell A and 3.3348 µg /200 µL for cell B respectively with correlation coefficient (r) 0.9994 for cell A and 0.9991 for cell B, RSD % was lower than 1 % for n=8.
