     The aim of this study is to determine the effect of cold plasma on nails pH, creatine levels and the accumulative of some trace elements in humans nails. Creatine levels in the blood, as well as pH and trace elements, were measured before and after (1, 2) months of plasma exposure in both gender (men and women) between the ages of 22 and 25 years. Nails are exposed to  cold plasma with a voltage of (175 volts) and (2 gas flow). After one month of exposure, there was no significant change in the levels of all parameters, but after 2 months, the concentration of creatine and pH had  reached  a near- neutral value. This research dedicated to make an investigation for the variation of electron density concentration of D- region(NmD), at a characteristic height of 81 km throughout solar cycle 23, with solar activity(represented by sunspot number indices: international sunspot number(Ri), Northern hemisphere sunspot number(Rn) and Southern hemisphere sunspot number(Rs), as well as, the correlation between these indices for Baghdad city(lat.: 33.3o N, long.: 44.4o E) at local noon time during the ascending and the descending phases of solar cycle 23.      The water quality index was used for the evaluation of the quality of water, as well its impacts on the rotifer abundance, in the Tigris River as it passes through Mishahda City, northern Baghdad. Five sites were selected and samples were collected during October 2019 to September 2020. It was noticed that the index values in most sites have exceeded the upper limits of river waters. The values ranged from 40 (Poor) to 45 (Marginal) in all sites. While, the values were from 42 (Poor) to 65 (Fair) during different seasons.
