This study was done in biotechnology laboratories in the national center of organic
farming /ministry of agriculture where ten of Rhizobial isolates and strain studied were
either local isolate from chickpea root nodules or non- local (Syrian and Turkish)
obtained from ICARDA.These isolates were identified and characterized on the basis of
colonies morphology and biochemical tests including gram staining, catalase and
oxidase tests. The Genetic diversity among the isolates was assessed by RAPD(Randum
Amplified Polynorphic DNA)-PCR(Polynerase Chain Reaction) finger printing by using

In the last years, new non-invasively laser methods were used to detect breast tumors for pre- and postmenopausal females. The methods based on using laser radiation are safer than the other daily used methods for breast tumor detection like X-ray mammography, CT-scanner, and nuclear medicine.

This study covers the investigation of utilizing two shapes of fibers size, 6.35 mm by 3.00 mm and 12.70 mm by 3.00 mm with mutual concentrations equal to 0.25 %, 0.50 % and 0.75 % by weight of mixture. Composition of asphalt mixture consists of different optimum (40-50) asphalt cement content, 12.50 mm nominal aggregate maximum size with limestone dust as a filler. Temporomandibular disorders (TMDs) were investigated in 143 pretreatment orthodontic patients (43 males and 102 females) whose age ranged between 10-25 years at the College of Dentistry, University of Baghdad, Iraq. The study was undertaken to elucidate the prevalence and severity of TMDs in malocclusion patients and to defme the relationships between malocclusion and TMDs. The clinical signs and subjective symptoms were recorded according to the principles introduced by Helkimo (1974b). Subjective symptoms were reported by 65.7% of the patients with 22.40/0 described as severe, and the most common symptoms were TMJ sounds and feeling offatigue.
