The seasonal variation of two groups of Zooplankton were studied in Diyala river and two branches , about 30Km from Diyala dam   It was found that there are differences in the distribution of the two groups . Atotal of six species were identified of Copepoda in Diyala river and its two branches . The species are Cyclops vernalis .  C . visinus , C . dimorphus , Mesocyclops  laukartu ,Paracyclops affinis and Diaptomus reighardi , where recorded high annual density in Khalis stream .      The idea of the paper is to consolidate Mahgoub transform and variational iteration method (MTVIM) to solve fractional delay differential equations (FDDEs). The fractional derivative was in Caputo sense. The convergences of approximate solutions to exact solution were quick. This study aims to measure and analyze the direct and indirect effects of the financial variables, namely (public spending, public revenues, internal debt, and external debt), on the non-oil productive sectors with and without bank credit as an intermediate variable, using quarterly data for the period (2004Q1–2021Q4), converted using Eviews 12.
