In this paper, we obtain a complete characterization for the norm and the minimum norm attainment sets of bounded linear operators on a real Banach spaces at a vector in the unit sphere, using approximate 𝜖-Birkhoff-James orthogonality techniques. As an application of the results, we obtained a useful characterization of
bounded linear operators on a real Banach spaces. Highly plastic soils exhibit unfavorited properties upon saturation, which produce different defects in engineering structures. Attempts were made by researchers to proffer solutions to these defects by experimenting in practical ways. In this study, the stress-strength model R = P(Y < X < Z)  is discussed as an important parts of reliability system by assuming that the random variables follow Invers Rayleigh Distribution. Some traditional estimation methods are used    to estimate the parameters  namely; Maximum Likelihood, Moment method, and Uniformly Minimum Variance Unbiased estimator and Shrinkage estimator using three types of shrinkage weight factors. As well as, Monte Carlo simulation are used to compare the estimation methods based on mean squared error criteria.  

     In this article, an attempt has been made to introduce the concept of Neutrosophic d-Filter and Neutrosophic Prime d-Filter of d-Algebra by generalizing the notion of Intuitionistic Fuzzy d-Filter of d-Algebra. Besides, we establish different properties of them. Further, we study several relations on this notion from the point of view of Neutrosophic d-Algebra.

A laboratory experiment was carried out and repeated at field of College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad in 2017. First factor was three cultivars of lupine 'Giza-1', 'Giza-2' and 'Hamburg'. Second factor was three seed weights (lower weight, medium weight and higher weight) which was following the cultivars factor. Nested design was used.
