Patients and methods : The computed tomographic (CT) findings of 58 patients with sonographically detected cystic liver lesions were prospectively analyzed. These patients were
followed up until a final diagnosis was reached.
Results : By CT scanning we correctly localized and diagnosed 81 hepatic hydatid cysts in 50 patients. These were all proved by surgery or endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP). In this paper, we introduce and study the notion of the maximal ideal graph of a commutative ring with identity. Let R be a commutative ring with identity. The maximal ideal graph of R, denoted by MG(R), is the undirected graph with vertex set, the set of non-trivial ideals of R, where two vertices I₁ and I₂ are adjacent if I₁ I₂ and I₁+I₂ is a maximal ideal of R. We explore some of the properties and characterizations of the graph.

Objectives: Our aim of the study was to find out the causes of vomiting in different age group, the improper management of vomiting in daily practice and to emphasis on the usefulness of imaging study in the diagnosis.
