Approximation Solution of Fuzzy Singular Volterra Integral Equation by Non-Polynomial Spline

A non-polynomial spline (NPS) is an approximation method that relies on the triangular and polynomial parts, so the method has infinite derivatives of the triangular part of the NPS to compensate for the loss of smoothness inherited by the polynomial. In this paper, we propose polynomial-free linear and quadratic spline types to solve fuzzy Volterra integral equations (FVIE) of the 2nd kind with the weakly singular kernel (FVIEWSK) and Abel's type kernel. The linear type algorithm gives four parameters to form a linear spline. In comparison, the quadratic type algorithm gives five parameters to create a quadratic spline, which is more of a credit for the exact solution. These algorithms process kernel singularities with a simple technique. Illustrative examples use MathCad software to deal with upper and lower-bound solutions to fuzzy problems. The method provides a reliable way to ensure that an exact solution is approximated. Also, figures and tables show the potential of the method.

Interval valued fuzzy ideals of TM-algebra

We introduce the notion of interval value fuzzy ideal of TM-algebra as a generalization of a fuzzy ideal of TM-algebra and investigate some basic properties. Interval value fuzzy ideals and T-ideals are defined and several examples are presented. The relation between interval value fuzzy ideal and fuzzy T-ideal is studied. Fuzzy Semimaximal ideals

    Let R be a commutative ring with identity. A proper ideal I of R is called semimaximal if I is a finite intersection of maximal ideals of R. In this paper we fuzzify this concept to fuzzy ideals of R, where a fuzzy ideal A of R is called semimaximal if A is a finite intersection of fuzzy maximal ideals. Various basic properties are given. Moreover some examples are given to illustrate this concept.

Electrosorption of cadmium ions from the aqueous solution by a MnO2/carbon fiber composite electrode

The nanostructured MnO2 /carbon fiber (CF) composite electrode was prepared using the anodic electrodeposition process. The crystal structure and morphology of MnO2 particles were determined with X-ray diffraction and field-emission scanning electron microscopy. The electrosorptive properties of the prepared electrode were investigated in the removal of cadmium ions from aqueous solution, and the effect of pH, cell voltage, and ionic strength was optimized and modeled using the response surface methodology combined with Box–Behnken design. Removal Color Study of Toluidine Blue dye from Aqueous Solution by using Photo-Fenton Oxidation

The degradation of Toluidine Blue dye in aqueous solution under UV irradiation is investigated by using photo-Fenton oxidation (UV/H2O2/Fe+). The effect of initial dye concentration, initial ferrous ion concentration, pH, initial hydrogen peroxide dosage, and irradiation time are studied. It is found put that the removal rate increases as the initial concentration of H2O2 and ferrous ion increase to optimum value ,where in we get more than 99% removal efficiency of dye at pH = 4 when the [H2O2] = 500mg / L, [Fe + 2 = 150mg / L]. Complete degradation was achieved in the relatively short time of 75 minutes.
