These factors made the process nonlinear and complicated. This work aims to build neural network models to correlate the cutting parameters, namely cutting speed, depth of cut and feed rate, to the machining force and chip thickness ratio. The doses of ( 0.01, 0.05 ,0.1, 0.5, 1 ml )of garlic and hot pepper watery extracts were added to certain number of E. histolotica trophozoits for exposure time of 24 hrs., the mortality percentage of trophozoites treated with garlic extract were ( 14.82 %, 31.05% ,46.16% , 64.29% , 92.7%) respectively , these percentages were very close to that obtained from the treatment with the hot peper extract which were (17.86%, 32% , 44% ,66.67% ,100%) respectively . The in vitro isolation, culturing, identification, cryopreservation were investigated to produce neural stem cells in culture as successful sources for further studies before using it for clinical trials. In this study, mouse bone marrow was the source of neural stem cells.   The present study describes a protocol for rapid in vitro micropropagation of Albizia lebbeck during the period of October 2007 to October 2009 through nodal segments containing axillary buds. The buds induced to produce a large number of multiple shoots by culturing on MS medium supplemented with different concentrations of BA (benzyladenine) and NAA (α-naphthalene acetic acid). The maximum number of shoots per explants was obtained on MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA was (4.8) after 4 weeks of culture. Excised shoots were rooted on half strength MS medium fortified with 0.5 mg/L either IBA (indolbutyric acid) or NAA alone. The complete plantlets thus obtained were successfully transferred to soil.

The aim of this project was to study the in vitro effect of antineoplastic drugs (vincristine and vinblastine) on mice spermatozoa. Eighteen adult (age 8-9 weeks) male mice were divided into three groups equally. The animals in each group were slain by cervical dislocation, the testes were removed and two tails of epididymides isolated. Spermatozoa were obtained from the two tails of epididymides by mincing in 500 µl TCM-199.The first group non-treated (unadded) as a control group, second group added 10 µg/ml of vincristine to TCM-199 and the third group added 10 µg/ml of vinblastine to TCM-199.
