In this work, the theoretical study for designing of dielectric mirrors of high reflectance in the visible region of electromagnetic spectrum between wavelength of 400-700 nm is presented, and searching on the performance properties of the design, like there reflectance as a function to the wavelength, as beam incident in a normal form, for the materials of neglected absorbance, and scattering, in the form of thin film deposition, which are deposited on glass substrate, and by using matrix system in the study, which are used as computer simulation in MATLAB code. The materials which are used in this study are represented by ( AlAs ), (TiO2 ),( SiC ), and (Si3N4 ), which used in the designing mirrors alternating on the refractive index in the form of stacks series of quarter wavelength with high and low refractive index to get dielectric mirrors of low losses and high reflectance. From the results, the high difference of refractive index gave high reflectance with lower number of layers
The synthesis of [1,2-diaminoethane-N,N'-bis(2-butylidine-3- onedioxime)] [II2L] and its cobalt(II), nickel(II), copper(II), palladium(II), platinum(II, IV), zinc(II), cadmium(II) and mercury(II) complexes is reported. The compounds were characterised by elemental analyses, spectroscopic methods [I.R, UV-Vis, ('H NMR. and EI mass for H2L)], molar conductivities, magnetic moments. I.R. spectra show that (H2L) behaves as a neutral or mononegative ligand depending on the nature of the metal ions. The molar conductance of the complexes in (DMSO) is commensurate with their ionic character. This study aimed to study the inhibition activity of purified bacteriocin produced from the local isolation Lactococcuslactis ssp. lactis against pathogenic bacteria species isolated from clinical samples in some hospitals Baghdad city. The X-ray diffraction findings (XRD) manifested a broad peak of PAni and a cubic structure of cobalt manganese ferrite with crystal sizes between 21 nm. The pictures were taken with a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), which evidenced that the PAni has nanofibers (NFs) structures, grain size 33 – 55 nm, according to the method of preparation, where the hydrothermal method was used.
