The study was aimed to isolate and identify endophytic fungi from myrtle (Mrtus communis) leaves and study their extracellular enzymes activity. Results revealed isolation of 99 species or ioslated of endophytic fungi obtained from 500 leaves fragment, which represented colonization frequency (CF) of 20.4%. Those fungi were related to 23 species or isolates, Aspergilli were dominated over all species (11 species) with CF 14%. Moreover A. niger and A. flavus showed the higtest CF values over all. Other isolated fungi were related to the genera: Penicillium spp., Cladosporium sp., Cunninghamella sp., Derchslera sp., Alternaria sp. Paecilomyces sp. and sterile fungi (mycelia sterilia). Extracelluar enzymes activity showed varation in type and activity of secreting these enzymes in solid media. The percentage of 91.3% of these fungi were able to secrete anylase, while 69.5% produced lipase and 86.9% produced pectinase, as well as 82.6%, 73.9% and 13% were able to secrete cellulase, protease and laccase respectively. Some isolated showed a high affinity to secret some of tested enzymes which give indication of the possibility of using these enzymes in many applications after isolation and characterization .
Arum maculatum is traditionally used for the control of many diseases and illnesses such as kidney pain, liver injury, hemorrhoids. However, the detailed biomedical knowledge about this species is still lacking. This study reports on the bioactive components and the possible mechanisms underlying the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cytotoxic activity of A. maculatum leaf extract. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used for phytochemical analysis. Assay of 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide ) (MTT) was used to determine the cytotoxicity in the murine cell line L20B upon exposure to different extract concentrations for 24 h. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect pro-in

The first step; includes preparation of 2- amino thiazole derivatives [I]a-c via ring closure reaction between acetophenone derivatives with thiourea in I2, while the second step includes condensation reaction between 2-amino thaizole derivatives[I]a-c and p-methoxy benzaldehyde to produce Schiff bases[II]a-c. The third step includes neculophilic attach from imine group toacetyl chloride to give N- acetyl cross bonding[III]a-c.Finally ; the fourth step is completed by the reaction of N- acetyl deri

(16 paragraphs) contains alternatives to the answer that measures the level of satisfaction (weak, medium, and high) (1,2,3), that is, with a hypothetical average of (32). It consisted of 100 educational counselors consisting of 45 males and 55 females, the results of the research concluded that the level of satisfaction with performance is below the mean when compared with the hypothetical average of the scale of s

This work includes the synthesis of some new five- seven heterocyclic rings derived from benzenesulfonylhydrazide as starting material. Its condensation with 4-methoxy and 4nitro benzaldehyde gives the Schiff bases (1a,b). Schiff bases were reacted with cyclic anhydrides given Oxazepine, Thiazepine derivatives(2,3,4 a,b)(seven membered ring) and with 2-mercapto benzoic acid gives thiazine derivatives (6a,b)(six membered ring) finally with thioglycolic acid give thiazolidine ring(five membered ring) scheme(3). The synthesized compounds have been characterized by melting points,FT-IR, 1H-NMR spectroscopy ,13CNMR and Elemental analysis. some of synthesized compounds were tested for their antibacterial activity

(C.H.N) analyses, infrared spectra, UV–vis electronic absorption spectra, 1H and 13CNMR spectral mechanisms are use to identified of the ligands. Complexes of Ni+2 and Cu+2 were performed as well depicted. The formation of complexes has been identified by using atomic absorption of flame, elemental analysis, infrared spectra and UV-Vis spectral process as well conductivity and magnetic quantifications. Nature of compounds produced have been studied obeyed the mole ratio and continuous contrast methods, Beer's law followed during a concent

Maceration and Soxhlet apparatus were used to prepare aqueous and methanolic extracts. The total phenolic content and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were conducted to determine the active compounds in the extracts. The results showed that the methanolic and aqueous extracts contain four flavonoids derivatives (kaempferol, luteolin, quercetin and Rutin) were identified on the basis of matching retention time with the standards. The total phenolic contents were 56.81 and 81.56 mg/g in 50 mg/ml, in aqueous and methanolic extracts respectively. The antibacterial activity of Laurus nobilis leaves ext
