Abstract: In this paper, a U-shaped probe with a curvature diameter of half a centimeter was implemented using plastic optical fibers. A layer of the outer shell of the fibers was removed by polishing to a D-section. The sensor was tested by immersing it in a sodium chloride solution with variable refractive index depending on solution concentrations ranging from 1.333 to 1.363.      The current work was undertaken to obtain the crude extract of PPO and laccase enzyme from the leaves of Malva parviflora. All leaves were washed with tap water, then the extraction was performed to acquire the crude extract’s enzymes. One gram of Malva parviflora leaves was homogenized in various volumes of distilled water (1:10, 1:5, and 1:2 w: v). The results showed that polyphenol oxidase and laccase with a ratio of 1:10 (w:v) gave the highest specific activity of 112.3 with 0.394 U/mg proteins. In this work , the ligand [N-(4-Methoxybenzoyl amino)-thioxomethyl] Methionine acid  has been synthesized by the reaction of 4- Methoxybenzoyl isothiocyanate with methionine acid . The metal complexes were prepared through the reaction of metals chlorides of Co(II) , Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) in ethanol as solvent . The ligand (MbM) and its metal complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (CHNS), IR, 1H-13CNMR and UV- Vis spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar conductivity, melting points and atomic absorption. The concept of -closedness, a kind of covering property for topological spaces, has already been studied with meticulous care from different angles and via different approaches. In this paper, we continue the said investigation in terms of a different concept viz. grills. The deliberations in the article include certain characterizations and a few necessary conditions for the -closedness of a space, the latter conditions are also shown to be equivalent to -closedness in a - almost regular space. All these and the associated discussions and results are done with grills as the prime supporting tool.

      In this paper, we show that each soft topological group is a strong small soft loop transfer space at the identity element. This indicates that the soft quasitopological fundamental group of a soft connected and locally soft path connected space, is a soft topological group.
