Bacteria form complex and highly elaborate surface adherent communities known as biofilms.Biofilm have been shown to be associated with several human diseases ,and to colonize a wide variety of medical devices . The current study focuses on contribution of extracted genomic DNA in biofilm formation by P. aeruginosa and K. pneumoniae isolates .The percentages of Pseudomonas aeruginosa recovery from drinking water in this study were 10%(20 positive P. aeruginosa samples ) and K. pneumonia., 7%(14 positive K. pneumonia samples).The results showed that all P.aeruginosa and K. pneumoniae isolates (100%) were slime producer but in different degrees by forming of black colonies on congored agar: very black colonies , black colonies and red colonies .Results indicated that addition of extracted genomic DNA to microtitre-plate cultures stimulate biofilm formation(either endogenous or exogenous DNA).
The combustion and pyrolysis processes of sewage sludge were studied in the current report. Other bacterial enteropathogens have been isolated from 387 patients with diarrhea, were 19 different strains. A. hydrophila occurred more commonly in children with acute diarrhea, the results showed that 18(78.26%) isolates of A. hydrophila found in children under 10 years old ,distributed to 10(43.47%) in male and 8(34.78%) in female ,and in adults with diarrhea 5 (21.73%). The research aims to assess the claystone exposed in the Nfayil Formation (Middle Miocene) for Portland cement (P.C.) manufacturing based on mineralogy and geochemistry. The importance of the study is to avoid the miming of the agricultural soils that are mining now for the cement industry. We report the influence of different glycine-to-nitrate ratios on the physical and magnetic properties for synthesized zinc-ferrite by microwave-assisted combustion route. Phase impurity and surface morphology investigated with XRD analysis and field emission- scanning electron microscopy, indicated that spinel structure were formed.Average particles size increased with the decrease of glycine to nitrate ratio. The Quantitative high-resolution planktonic foraminiferal analysis of the subsurface section in three selected wells in the Ajeel Oil Field (Aj-8, Aj-12, and Aj-15) in Tikrit Governorate, Central Iraq has revealed that Shiranish Formation deposited in Late Campanian- Latest Maastrichtian age.
