The main purpose from this paper is to introduce a new kind of soft open sets in soft
topological spaces called soft omega open sets and we show that the collection of
every soft omega open sets in a soft topological space (X,~,E) forms a soft topology
  ~
on X which is soft finer than  ~
. Moreover we use soft omega open sets to define
and study new classes of soft functions called weakly soft omega open functions and
weakly soft omega closed functions which are weaker than weakly soft open functions
and weakly soft closed functions respectively. We obtain their basic properties, their
characterizations, and their relationships with other kinds of soft functions between
soft topological spaces.<

This involves calculating the Eccentric anomaly (E) from mean anomaly (M=0°-360°) for each step and for different values of eccentricities (e=0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9). The main purpose of this work is to introduce some types of fuzzy convergence sequences of operators defined on a standard fuzzy normed space (SFN-spaces) and investigate some properties and relationships between these concepts. Firstly, the definition of weak fuzzy convergence sequence in terms of fuzzy bounded linear functional is given. Then the notions of weakly and strongly fuzzy convergence sequences of operators  are introduced and essential theorems related to these concepts are proved. This study uses the optical emission spectroscopy (OES) technique to find the lead(Pb) and sulfur (S) plasma parameters employing a pulse of Nd: YAG laser (Q-switched 1064nm wavelength) and different laser energies of (400,500,600 and 700 mJ). The electron temperature T_e (eV) is calculated using the Boltzmann-Plot method, and the electron density n_e (cm^-3)is determined by the Stark broadened way. In the current study, the researchers have been obtained Bayes estimators for the shape and scale parameters of Gamma distribution under the precautionary loss function, assuming the priors, represented by Gamma and Exponential priors for the shape and scale parameters respectively. Moment, Maximum likelihood estimators and Lindley’s approximation have been used effectively in Bayesian estimation.

Based on Monte Carlo simulation method, those estimators are compared depending on the mean squared errors (MSE’s). The results show that, the performance of Bayes estimator under precautionary loss function with Gamma and Exponential priors is better than other estimates in all cases.

In this study was undertaken frish fish such as Bigeye Ilisha megaloptera, Nematalos nasus, Suboor Hilsha ilisha and Carp Cyprinus carpio. they were purchased from local marketes in Basrah, Oil was extracted by a solvent extraction method on low temperature. And the level of oil obtiened about (6.08; 10.72; 13.52 and 5.61)% for Bigeye, Jaffout, Suboor and Carp. the Crud oils were compared with vegetable oil (olive oil) and animal fat (tial fat mutton).
