 Nano-crystalline ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method using chelating agent and two gel compositions:Compositionɪ:Al₂O₃:86SiO₂:5.5TPA:12.7Na₂O:3.4Trien:3320H₂O.Compositionɪɪ:Al₂O₃:68SiO₂:5.4TPA:10Na₂O:2.6Trien:2626H₂O.Study of hydrothermal reaction factors on characteristics of nano- sized zsm-5 has been carried on ,among them are crystallization temperature, crystallization time and concentration of template ( TPAOH ) solution. The current study deals with host-guest complex formation between cucurbit [7] urils as host and lansoprazole as guesti using PM3 (semi empirical molecules orbital calculations) also DFT calculations. In this complex, the formation of hydrogen bonding may be occurred through portal oxygen atoms(O2) of cucurbit [7] urils and amine groups (NH 2 )of the drug. The energies of HOMO and LUMO orbital’s have been computed for the host guest complex and its components. The result of the stabilization energy explained a complex formation.

Five bread wheat cultivars was selected namely, IPA99, Tamouz 2, Rasheed, Abu-ghraib And Iraq, were selected for susceptibility to green bug, Schizaphis graminum R.(Aphididae: Homoptera) infestation. Experiments done in under laboratory temperature 20±2C˚, humidity 65±5 % at 12h light. Results have indicated that IPA99 was highly preferred by in S. graminum and no significant of differences with Rasheed and Abu-ghraib, while Iraq and Tamouz2 came second. Although all wheat cultivars were infested by S. graminum except Iraq cultivar which showed some tolerance when exposed to three densities of 5, 10, ap plant during the time of test was 4 weeks. the development time of nymphs were 8, 8, 9, 9.3and 8.3 days for cultivars IPA99, Tamoz2,

The use of bio-fruit waste has more attention in recent years because of the low cost of bio-fibers and the protection of the environment. In this study, the epoxy was reinforced with fruit residues (cantaloupe peel powder) in proportions (1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10% by weight) as results of mechanical tests such as impact, hardness, flexural and compression.

Adding sub microns particle size cantaloupe peels particles with a weight ratio of 7.5% improves the epoxy mechanical properties, like impact strength, hardness, flexural strength, and compression strength by 59.43%, 5.8%, 45.7%, and 118.2%, respectively.

Using X-ray diffraction, the crystallite size ( D) of cantaloupe peel the powder was about (3 nm).

In this work, the effect of atomic ratio on structural and optical properties of SnO₂/In₂O₃ thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition technique under vacuum and annealed at 573K in air has been studied.  Atomic ratios from 0 to 100% have been used. X-ray diffraction analysis has been utilized to study the effect of atomic ratios on the phase change using XRD analyzer and the crystalline size and the lattice strain using Williamson-Hall relationship. It has been found that the ratio of 50% has the lowest crystallite size, which corresponds to the highest strain in the lattice. The energy gap has increased as the atomic ratio of indium oxide increased.

An analytical and clinical study has been applied for measure the bioavailability of Zinc in serum of twenty adults healthy volunteers, using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS) at 213.9 nm. Abstract 20 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint were treated by electrical stimulation in the form of 6 sessions every other day each sessions of diphase fixe (DF) for 4 minutes followed by rest for 4 minutes then treated with a monophase fixe (MF) for 2 minutes. By clinical & statistical analysis ( P value < 0.05) we conclude that the electrical stimulation is effective as one method in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
