Condensation of 4-methoxybenzoyl hydrazine with 4- aminobenzoic acid in the presence of POCl3 gave the oxadiazole derivative [III] .This compound was demethylated with aluminium chloride to give series of 2- (4-hydroxy phenyl)-5-(4-amino phenyl)
1,3,4-oxadiazole [IV]. Series of Schiff s bases [V]n were synthesized by the condensation of compound [IV] with 4-n-alkoxy benzaldehyde in the presence of glacial acetic acid. Condensation of compounds [VI]n. with adipoyl chloride in dry pyridine leads to the formation of a new homologous series [VI]n. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by physical and spectral means The new compounds [VI]n have been screened for their antibacterial activities . The results showed considerable antibacterial
activity against Escherichia Coli (G-),but did not show any antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (G+)
This research is considered one of the important researches in Maysan Governorate, as it focuses on the construction of helicopter airport project in the oil fields of the Maysan Oil Company, where the oil general companies in Maysan Governorate suffer from the cost of transporting the foreign engineering experts and the governing equipment of sustaining oil industry from Iraq's international airports to oil fields and vice versa. Private international transport companies transport foreign engineering from the oil fields to Iraqi airports and vice versa, and other international security companies take action to provide protection for foreign engineering experts during transportation. In this paper, a miniaturized 2 × 2 electro-optic plasmonic Mach– Zehnder switch (MZS) based on metal–polymer–silicon hybrid waveguide is presented. Adiabatic tapers are designed to couple the light between the plasmonic phase shifter, implemented in each of the MZS arms, and the 3-dB input/output directional couplers. For 6 µm-long hybrid plasmonic waveguide supported by JRD1 polymer (r33= 390 pm/V), a π-phase shift voltage of 2 V is obtained. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan.
