Hepatitis-B (HBV) is a viral disease cause liver damage, cirrhosis, fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Present study attempted to elucidate the biochemical and haematological markers other than Australia antigen, of hepatitis,B,vairusV (HBsAg) for better assessment of HBV infection. The present study was conducted on 76 men, 50 of them were found to be HBeAg positive and 26 were negative, mean age was53±5.7years. Haematological parameters such as Absolute Erythrocyte( Abs Eryt), Absolute Leukocyte(Abs Leuk) , Haemoglobin(Hb), Packed Cell Volume(PCV),Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV), Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW), Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin (MCH),MCH Concentration(MCHC) ,Neutrophils(Neut) ,Lymphocyte(Lymph), Monocyte(Mono), Eosinophil(Eosin) , Basophil (Baso) , Absolut platelet(Abs.Plt), Red Blood Distribution(RBD)and biochemical markers such as Alanine aminotransferase(ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase(AST), Alkaline phosphatase(ALP), Gamma glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT), Total Bilirubin (T.Bil), Albumin(Alb), C- reactive protein (CRP), Amylase(Amy), Creatinine(Crea), Sodium(Na) , Potassium(K), were estimated for HBV patients and healthy groups.Statically at (P≤ 0.05) Abs Plt was highly significant elevated, Hb, Abs Leuk, Neut%, Lymph% and Eosin% were significant increases while other haematological parameters showed no differences in HBV patients compared with controls. Liver enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT) and T.Bil were highly significant increased, Alb , CRP and Amyl were moderately increased, niether Crea, Na nor K levels have differences in HBV patients compared with controls.ALT has strong positive correlation with Leuk and with Abs Plt in HBV patients. liver enzymes ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, T.Bil and Abs Plt can be used as monitoring markers with the strong correlation between ALT and Abs Plt as an assessment tools for HBV infection.
In this paper, we define certain subclasses of analytic univalent function associated with quasi-subordination. Some results such as coefficient bounds and Fekete-Szego bounds for the functions belonging to these subclasses are derived.
In this paper the wind data that is measured for 12 months (January to December 2011) at Al-Hay district of Wasit province, southern IRAQ country has been analyzed statistically. The wind speed at heights of 10 m above ground level was measured for every 10 minutes interval. The statistical analysis of wind data was performed using WAsP software which is based on Weibull distributions. The Weibull shape and scale parameters is obtained and used in this paper statistics. The achieved results demonstrated that the study area has Annual Mean Energy Production (AMEP) about 219.002 MWh. The computations have been performed on 70m hub‟s height of the turbine and on Earth surface roughness length (0.0, 0.03, 0.1, 0.4, 1.5) m respectively.
In this research, a new technique is suggested to reduce the long time required by the encoding process by using modified moment features on domain blocks. The modified moment features were used in accelerating the matching step of the Iterated Function System (IFS). The main disadvantage facing the fractal image compression (FIC) method is the over-long encoding time needed for checking all domain blocks and choosing the least error to get the best matched domain for each block of ranges. In this paper, we develop a method that can reduce the encoding time of FIC by reducing the size of the domain pool based on the moment features of domain blocks, followed by a comparison with threshold (the selected threshold based on experience

Several properties were studied like coefficient estimates, convex set and weighted mean.
This manuscript presents a new approach to accurately calculating exponential integral function that arises in many applications such as contamination, groundwater flow, hydrological problems and mathematical physics. The calculation is obtained with easily computed components without any restrictive assumptions
A detailed comparison of the execution times is performed. The calculated results by the suggested approach are better and faster accuracy convergence than those calculated by other methods. Error analysis of the calculations is studied using the absolute error and high convergence is achieved. The suggested approach out-performs all previous methods used to calculate this function and this decision is
... Show MoreAb – initio density function theory (DFT) calculations coupled with Large Unit Cell (LUC) method were carried out to evaluate the electronic structure properties of III-V zinc blend (GaAs). The nano – scale that have dimension (1.56-2.04)nm. The Gaussian 03 computational packages has been employed through out this study to compute the electronic properties include lattice constant, energy gap, valence and conduction band width, total energy, cohesive energy and density of state etc. Results show that the total energy and energy gap are decreasing with increase the size of nano crystal . Results revealed that electronic properties converge to some limit as the size of LUC increase .
The aim of this paper is to approximate multidimensional functions by using the type of Feedforward neural networks (FFNNs) which is called Greedy radial basis function neural networks (GRBFNNs). Also, we introduce a modification to the greedy algorithm which is used to train the greedy radial basis function neural networks. An error bound are introduced in Sobolev space. Finally, a comparison was made between the three algorithms (modified greedy algorithm, Backpropagation algorithm and the result is published in [16]).
The palm vein recognition is one of the biometric systems that use for identification and verification processes since each person have unique characteristics for the veins. In this paper we can improvement palm vein recognition system have been made. The system based on centerline extraction of veins, and employs the concept of Difference-of Gaussian (DoG) Function to construct features vector. The tests results on our database showed that the identification rate is 100 % with the minimum error rate was 0.333.
In this paper, the process for finding an approximate solution of nonlinear three-dimensional (3D) Volterra type integral operator equation (N3D-VIOE) in R3 is introduced. The modelling of the majorant function (MF) with the modified Newton method (MNM) is employed to convert N3D-VIOE to the linear 3D Volterra type integral operator equation (L3D-VIOE). The method of trapezoidal rule (TR) and collocation points are utilized to determine the approximate solution of L3D-VIOE by dealing with the linear form of the algebraic system. The existence of the approximate solution and its uniqueness are proved, and illustrative examples are provided to show the accuracy and efficiency of the model.
