The effect of linear thermal stratification in stable stationary ambient fluid on free convective flow of a viscous incompressible fluid along a plane wall is numerically investigated in the present work. Iraqi siliceous rocks were chosen to be used as raw materials in this study which is concern with the linear shrinkage and their related parameters. They are porcelinite from Safra area (western desert) and Kaolin Duekla, their powders were mixed in certain percentage, to shape compacts and sintered. The study followed with thermal and chemical treatments, which are calcination and acid washing. The effects on final compact properties such as linear shrinkage were studied. Linear shrinkage was calculated for sintered compacts to study the effects of calcination processes, chemical washing, weight percentage, sintering processes, loading moment were studied on this property where the compacts for groups is insulating materials.

The proposed algorithm that is presented in this paper is based on using the principle of texts translation from one language to another, but I will develop this meaning to cipher texts by using any electronic dictionary as a tool of ciphering based on the locations of the words that text contained them in the dictionary. Then convert the text file into picture file, such as BMP-24 format. The picture file will be transmitted to the receiver. The same algorithm will be used in encryption and decryption processing in forward direction in the sender, and in backward direction in the receiver. Visual Basic 6.0 is used to implement the proposed cryptography algorithm.
