The legal protection of the human genome is an ethical issue related to the future of human existence.  After the disclosure of the human genetic map, scientific practices and research related to the human genome increased, especially the negative applications of genetic engineering that violates basic human rights, especially the right to human dignity, and pose real challenges to the existence and diversity of  Present and future generations. Therefore, the existence of legal rules at the national and international levels is an absolute necessity to prohibit these threats and to arrange civil and criminal liability for those who violate them.

Different ANN architectures of MLP have been trained by BP and used to analyze Landsat TM images. Two different approaches have been applied for training: an ordinary approach (for one hidden layer M-H1-L & two hidden layers M-H1-H2-L) and one-against-all strategy (for one hidden layer (M-H1-1)xL, & two hidden layers (M-H1-H2-1)xL). Classification accuracy up to 90% has been achieved using one-against-all strategy with two hidden layers architecture. In this article we analysis the data of Iraqi children aged 0-9 months covered in Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS6-2018) to evaluate the nutritional status . Weight for-age z-score (WAZ), height-for-age z-score (HAZ) and BMI-for-age z-score were compared with the z-scores WHO standards. The overall prevalence of underweight and stunting of the children were 4 % and 11% respectively. Prevalence of overweight based on BMI-for-age for the sexes combined was 21%.
