were   studied   for  PVC   films   stabilized   with   these   metal

 

carboxylatcs.  Two types of oxygen  were round -containing  products that were formed during  the thermal degradation  .On the other hand , the  presence  of  atmospheric  oxygen  leading  to  the  formation   of carbonyl  groups  on  the  chain  seems   to  play  a  great   role  in  the stabilization of PVC.It was found that IR spectroscopy was suitable to follow the consumption  of the carboxylatcs  within the thermal  stress periods via antisymmetrical  stretching  vi bration of COO. The thermal stability ior  the PVC in present of synergistic mixtures (Ho-Tb,Ho-Dy and Tb-Dy)  stem·ates was studied  by U l traviolet-visi ble spectra.The results indicate that these mixtures have considerable stabilization efficiency for the PVC.

Enhanced thermal and electrical properties of epoxy/carbon fiber–silicon carbide composites

The silicon carbide/carbon fiber (SiC/CF) hybrid fillers were introduced to improve the electrical and thermal conductivities of the epoxy resin composites. Results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy revealed that the peaks at 3532 and 2850 cm−1 relate to carboxylic acid O–H stretching and aldehyde C–H stretching appearing deeper with an increased volume fraction of SiC. Scanning electron microscopic image shows a better interface bonding between the fiber and the matrix when the volume fraction of SiC particles are increased. Heat Transfer and Thermal Expansion of Coefficient EP -(MWCNT/x-TiO2)Nanocomposites

Wettability, Thermal Stability, and Antibacterial Properties of Polycaprolactone /ZnO Nanocomposites in Packaging

Structural and Thermal Unusual Properties in Invar Behavior of Ni-Mn Alloys

The Invar effect in 3D transition metal such as Ni and Mn, were prepared on a series composition of binary Ni1-xMnx system with x=0.3, 0.5, 0.8 by using powder metallurgy technique. In this work, the characterization of structural and thermal properties have been investigated experimentally by X-ray diffraction, thermal expansion coefficient and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques. The results show that anonymously negative thermal expansion coefficient are changeable in the structure. The results were explained due to the instability relation between magnetic spins with lattice distortion on some of ferromagnetic metals.

Electrical and thermal characteristics of MWCNTs modified carbon fiber/epoxy composite films

Abstract<p>To enhance interfacial bonding between carbon fibers and epoxy matrix, the carbon fibers have been modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) using the dip- coating technique. FT-IR spectrum of the MWCNTs shows a peak at 1640 cm<sup>−1</sup> corresponding to the stretching mode of the C=C double bond which forms the framework of the carbon nanotube sidewall. The Study of Annealing and Dopping Effect of Zn on Structural and Optical Properties for CdTe Thin Films
