This study investigates consecutive reaction assisted by pervaporation for the first time. It studies the saponification of diethyladipate DA with sodium hydroxide NaOH solution synchronous with separating ethanol from the reaction mixture through an aqueous – organic membrane. The effect of time on some variables such as: permeated ethanol concentration EtOH wt%, separation factor (α), concentration of NaOH solution CB in the reaction medium and the conversion of DA to monoethyladipate (the intermediate product) was studied. The conventional productivity equations for single phase flowing at steady state conditions have been used and solved using Microsoft Excel for various reservoir properties and different horizontal well lengths.
The deviation between the actual field data, and that obtained by the software based on conventional equations have been adjusted to introduce some parameters inserted in the conventional equation.

Compound (C3) from the reaction with different aromatic aldehydes in absolute ethanol gave the Schiff′s bases (C4,C5). Microbiological quality (total plate count, yeast and molds, coliform, and E. coli) of wheat cultivated in seven provinces of Iraqi were determined and compared to  Standard Quality of Iraq (IQS) and to the standardization of Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The samples were collected from fields, and some samples taken from near of a street (reachable by people) and far of a street as well as rural fields. The regulation has two limits, which are good and acceptable limits, and the samples within the acceptable limit should be two samples of five. The results showed that all analyzed samples were within the acceptable limit that approved by IQS and FDA. There was one field exceed IQS regulation and there were several fi
