Some types of the fungus Aspergillus were isolated from some hospitals in the city of Baghdad (Imam Ali Hospital and Sadr General Hospital). The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media. It was noticed that the spread rate of fungus Aspergillus was 70% compared to other species that have emerged during the isolation process of the Sabouraud's Dextrose Agar media. This research, involved synthesis of some new 1,2,3-triazoline and 1,2,3,4- tetrazole derivatives from antharanilic acid as starting material .The first step includes formation of 2-Mercapto-3-phenyl-4(3H)Quinazolinone (0) through reacted of anthranilic acid with phenylisothiocyanate in ethanol, then compound (0) reaction with chloro acetyl chloride in dimethyl foramamide (DMF) to prepare intermediate S-(α-chloroaceto-2-yl)-3-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-one (1); compound (1) reacted with sodium azide to yield S-(α-azidoaceto-2-yl)-3-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-one (2), while Schiff bases (3-10) were prepared from condensation of substituted primary aromatic amines with different aromatic aldehydes in absolute ethanol as a solvent. A reliable and environmental analytical method was developed for the direct determination of tetracycline using flow injection analysis (FIA) and batch procedures with spectrophotometric detection. The developed method is based on the reaction between a chromogenic reagent (vanadium (III) solution) and tetracycline at room temperature and in a neutral medium, resulting in the formation of an intense brown product that shows maximum absorption at 395 nm. This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of conventional ingredients replacement with alternative ingredients on growth performance, carcass quality, nutrient digestibility and intestinal microbial of broilers. One hundred twenty Cobb500 broiler chicks were randomly assigned to four diets. Corn, soybean meal and fish meal were replaced with rice waste, meat and bone waste and black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) at 0, 10, 30 and 50% to form four treatments. Body weight gain, feed conversion ratio and digestibility of crude protein and fat were improved in broilers fed the replacement diets.          In this paper a hybrid system was designed for securing transformed or stored text messages(Arabic and english) by embedding the message in a colored image as a cover file depending on LSB (Least Significant Bit) algorithm in a dispersed way and employing Hill data encryption algorithm for encrypt message before being hidden, A key of 3x3 was used for encryption with inverse for decryption, The system scores a good result for PSNR rate      ( 75-86) that differentiates according to  length of message and image resolution.
