A new heterocyclic Schiff bases ligand (HL) derived from condensation of 2-Amino-4-methylbenzothiazole with 4-Diethylaminosalicylaldehyde have been synthesized and characterized by (FTIR & UV.Vis) spectroscopies, (1H & 13C)NMR spectra, mass spectrum, elemental microanalysis (C,H,N,S). Metal complexes with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) ions have been also synthesized and characterized by (FTIR & UV.Vis) spectroscopies, flame atomic absorption, molar conductivity measurements and magnetic susceptibility. These studies indicate that the mole ratio (L:M) is (2:1) for Co(II) complex and (1:1) for other complexes. The spectral results indicate that the ligand coordinates with metal ions as monobasic bidentate, via azomethine nitrogen and phenolic oxygen atoms. The study suggested octahedral geometry for Co(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) complexes and square planar and tetrahedral geometries for Cu(II) and Cd(II) complexes, respectively. The enzyme activity of the ligand and its metal complexes with acetylcholine esterase1 (AChE) have also been studied. The study of enzyme activity indicates that the ligand and its metal complexes revealed different inhibition behaviors.

The significance of the work is to introduce the new class of open sets, which is said Ǥ- -open set with some of properties. Then clarify how to calculate the boundary area for these sets using the upper and lower approximation and obtain the best accuracy.
This study has been conducted to know the level of microbial ( bacteria and fungi) contamination in 5 types of biscuits from local markets of Baghdad city. Fifty samples (ten sample for each kind of biscuit) were studed,Two are local,others are Iranian,Turkish,and Holandies. The following results have been achieved :1. The highest number of bacteria was 21.6×103 cell/g in Iranian biscuit while the lowest number was 14.3× 103 cell/g in local biscuit No.1 . The highest number of fungi was 16×103 colony/g and the lowest number was 5.3×103 colony/g in the Iranian and the local biscuit No.1,respectively.2. Acromegaly is a rare disease produce generalize and serious alteration in the patient with active disease. Many of these patients are also diabetic. Many analytes, hormones, markers are change in these disease. The objective of study is to assess the modification in a number of parameters that changed during the acromegaly as a result of excess in GH and IGF1 levels. The study included 36 patients and 38 healthy controls, paired by sex and age and BMI.
