The calculation of potential earth's surface solar radiation is imperative for analyzing the atmosphere-vegetation-soil interaction process. Therefore, many schemes were introduced with  direct (using net radiometer) or indirect (using air temperature or air plus soil temperatures) formulas. Three combinations of factors are known to control the R_n value; the astronomical based factors which determine the general spatial distribution of R_n values, the climatological factors which determine the assigned spatial variation of those values, and the topographical factors that influence climatological factors rates ( i.e. have indirect effects on Rn values).

Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is one of the principal nosocomial causative agents. This bacterium has the capability to resist wide range of antibiotics and it is responsible for many diseases like skin, nose and wounds infection. In this study, randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR was applied with ten random primers to examine the molecular diversity among methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) isolates in the hospitals and to investigate the genetic distance between them. 90 Isolates were collected from clinical specimens from Iraqi hospitals for a total of 90 isolates. A study of non-diatom algal species composition in twelve sites from Greater Zab River path within

          The experiment was conducted in two stages: first stage: determination of the most effective dose of Cyperus rotundus tubers aquatic extract in male rats for 5 days, which was concentrated as (200 mg/kg body weight). The search involve the synthesis of some new 1,3-oxazepine and 1,3-diazepine derivatives were synthesized from Schiff base. The electron correlation for inter-shells (1s 2p), (1s 3p) and (1s 3d) was described by the inter-particle radial distribution function f(r12). It was evaluated for Li-atom in the different excited states (1s2 2p), (1s2 3p) and (1s2 3d) using Hartree-Fock approximation (HF). In this work, Schiff base ligands L1: N, N-bis (2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde) hydrazine, L2: N, N-bis (salicylidene) hydrazine, and L3:N –salicylidene- hydrazine were synthesized by condensation reaction. The prepared ligands were reacted with specific divalent metal ions such as (Mn2+, Fe2+, Ni2+) to prepare their complexes. The ligands and complexes were characterized by C.H.N, FT-IR, UV-Vis, solubility, melting point and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The results show that the ligands of complexes (Mn2+, Fe2+) have octahedral geometry while the ligands of complexes (Ni2+) have tetrahedral geometry.
