The aim of the work is synthesis and characterization of bidentate ligand [3-(3-acetylphenylamino)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-3-enone][HL], from the reaction of dimedone with 3-amino acetophenone to produce the ligand [HL], the reaction was carried out in dry benzene as a solvent under reflux. In the present article, Nano crystalline SnS and SnS:3% Bi thin films were fabricated using thermal
evaporation with 400±20 nm thickness at room temperature at a rate deposition rate of 0.5 ±0.01nm
/sec then annealing for one hour at 573 K for photovoltaic application. The prepared samples were
characterized in order to investigate the structural, electrical, morphological, and optical properties
using diverse techniques. XRD and SEM were recorded to investigate the effect of doping and
annealing on structural and morphological possessions, respectively. XRD showed an SnS phase
with polycrystalline and appeared to form an orthorhombic structure, with the distinguish trend

In order to investigate the levels of reduced glutathione GSH and  α1-antitrypsine in the sera of 20 type 2 diabetic patients and 10 healthy subjects, were enrolled in this study. A significant reduction in GSH level was found in the patient group compared with control.  On the other hand a significant elevation in α1-antitrypsine in patient compared with control was observed.  Correlation between α1-antitrypsine and reduced glutathion was found to be positive (+Ve) for diabetes mellitus type2 patients and negative (-Ve) for healthy control with r values 0.257 and – 0.339 respectively.  In conclusion the depletion of GSH as antioxidant defense insured higher free radical generation in diabetic patients
