Carbamazepine (CBZ) is an antiepileptic medication (AED) intended to treat epilepsy, although it is also used to treat psychiatric problems and neuropathic pain. CBZ use has been linked to male reproduction problems such as hormonal changes, sexual problems, and sperm quality loss in addition to its effect on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. The present study aimed to check the potential consequences of carbamazepine on the histology of the testis. In this experiment, 24 adult males of Swiss albino mice were divided into four groups. The control group was gavaged with distilled water, and the others were treated with carbamazepine orally administered with 0.1 ml of a daily dose of concentrations (2.5, 5 and 10) mg/kg bw for

Amino acids also provide the body with energy through their carbon structures. The study analyzed the amino acid in the kidneys of the albino mice embryo at 17 and 19 gestation days, using a high-performance liquid chromatography device (HPLC). Samples were obtained after removing them from the embryo and placing them in an ice bath to prevent cell lysis and acid loss. The study found 18 amino acids in the kidneys of the albino mice embryo. The effect of insecticide lamda cyhalothrin on Allium cepa L.root meristem were studied cytogenetically .Using three concentrations of the insecticide 5%, 7.5%, 10% at 6,12,24hours treatments . The insecticide significantly reduced the mitotic index at all concentrations. Moreover showed its ability to induced C – metaphase in 10% .The effects were also caused chromosome aberration like stickness in anaphase, telophase, binucleated cells, Micronuclei formation. These alternations indicating that this insecticide was effective in producing disturbance of spindle fibers.

Methotrexate (MTX) was used for treatment of malignancies and now is widely used in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. In this research the evaluation of the effects of MTX on some liver enzymes and lipid profile was studied. Twenty four adult female mice divided into three groups (8 mice each). The first two groups were treated with MTX while the third group was used as a control.
