Agricultural chemicals on a large scale of use throughout the world, and there are many studies about these chemicals and its disadvantages, but most of them were limited to its impact on mammals such as rodents in determine. This study was designed to determine the impact of these chemicals on DNA damage for E. coli bacteria from Iraq. The DNA is similar in terms of structure and function in all living organisms with a different in number and sequence of the nitrogenous bases among living organisms. This study showed that snails and slugs killer material Metaldehyde are strongly bind with the DNA extracted from bacteria, and herbicides Glyphosate also showed that clearly when treated with DNA extracted from bacteria, as well as with the plasmid DNA.

Statistical control charts are widely used in industry for process and measurement control . in this paper we study the use of markov chain approach in calculating the average run length (ARL) of cumulative sum (Cusum) control chart for defect the shifts in the mean of process , and exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) control charts for defect the shifts for process mean and , the standard deviation . Chronic viral hepatitis is an important health problem in the world, where hepatitis B virus (HBV) or hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections are the main causes of liver insufficiency. The study included 100 blood samples from patients with chronic viral hepatitis, fifty of them with HBV infection and 50 with HCV infection. Twenty apparently healthy age and gender matched subjects were included as a control group. Out of the 50 patients with HBV, 36(72%) were males and 14(28%) were females. Thirty two (64%) patients with HCV were males and 18(36%) were females. The mean age for HBV patients was 36.9 ± 15.8 year and for HCV patients it was 39.9 ±14.2 year. We consider some nonlinear partial differential equations in higher dimensions, the negative order of the Calogero-Bogoyavelnskii-Schiff (nCBS) equationin (2+1) dimensions, the combined of the Calogero-Bogoyavelnskii-Schiff equation and the negative order of the Calogero-Bogoyavelnskii-Schiff equation (CBS-nCBS) in (2+1) dimensions, and two models of the negative order Korteweg de Vries (nKdV) equations in (3+1) dimensions. We show that these equations can be reduced to the same class of ordinary differential equations via wave reduction variable. Solutions in terms of symmetrical Fibonacci and Lucas functions are presented by implementation of the modified Kudryashov method.
