Fixation of Efficient Method for Separation and Analysis of Alkyl Al koxy Silan Compounds by Gas Chromatography

       Modification of gas chromatographic technique for the separation and determination of methyl ethoy silane compounds which were synthesized by the addition of absolute ethanol to methyl chlorosilane compounds have been elaborated experimentally.  The addition of absolute dry ethanol to methyl chlorosilane compounds in the presence of a dry stream of nitrogen gas led to sweep out the liberated HCl gas. This method was found to be the suitable method for the preparation of methyl ethoxy silane compounds. The optimum parameter selected after careful and precise studies was between 20 – 30 ml \ min to carrieir gas flow rate, while applied temperatures of detector and injection part were 250 °C   and 225 °C respectively. The results showed that suitable chromatographic column for the separation of methyl chloro silane compounds is 50% [5% dioctyl phthalate ] + 50% [10% OV- 101 ] .While 10 % OV – 101 column was found to be the best for the separation of methyl ethoxysilane compounds . Accordingly  , a linear relationship for the calibration curve between concentration and peak area is achieved for methyl chlorosilane and methyl ethoxysilane . Correlation coefficients here ranged between 1 – 0.9991. The results of percentage RSD alotarned for the methyl chlorosilane and methyl ethoxysilane were 0.512.08 and 0.053-1.37 respectively.

Optical and Structural Properties of SnO2 Thin Films Prepared by Sputtering Method

SnO2 thin films of different two thicknesses were prepared an glass substrate by DC magnetron sputtering. The crystal structure and orientation of the films were investigated by XRD patterns. All the deposited films are polycrystalline. The grain size was calculated as 25.35, 28.8 nm. Morphological and compositions of the films were performed by SEM and EDX analyses respectively. The films appeared compact and rougher surface in nature. The allowed direct band gap was evaluated as 3.85 eV, and other optical constants such as refractive index, extinction coefficient, real and imaginary parts of dielectric constants were determined from transmittance spectrum in the wavelength range (300-900) nm and also analyzed.

Preparation of Silver Nanoparticles by Sol - Gel Method and Study their Characteristics

Optical and structural characteristics of carbon quantum dots manufacturing by electrochemical method

Electrochemical method was used to prepare carbon quantum dots (CQDs). Size of matter was nature when evaluate via X-ray diffraction (XRD). A distinct peak at 2θ equal to 31.6° and three other small peaks at 38.28°, 56.41° and 66.12° were observed. The measures of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) showed the bonds in the transmittance spectrum are manufactured with carbon nanostructures in view. Improving sensitivity of In2O3 against NO2 toxic gas by loading tin oxide(Article)
