Inhibitory effect of Lactobacillus plantarum was studied against Escherichia coli O157:H7 in minced beef , as well as the effect of some Spices ( Garlic , Cloves and Black Pepper ) was studied against this bacteria . Plate count method was used to estimate the viable cells of E. coli O157:H7 in the treated meat samples for incubation periods( 0 , 24 and 48) h. Results showed that Lactobacillus plantarum had inhibitory effect against E. coli O157:H7 , when reducing the number of cells after 24, 48 h., and reached to Zero after (24) h. As well as Spices in this study had inhibitory activity against E. coli O157:H7 .Garlic had the highest inhibitory effect compared with Cloves and Black Pepper. The synergistic inhibitory effect of the combination of Lactobacillus plantarum and Spices ( Garlic , Cloves and Black Pepper ) separately were studied against E. coli O157:H7 in the minced beef using the same method of counting . Results showed that the combination of Lactobacillus plantarum and spices had a synergistic inhibitory effect against E. coli O157:H7. The synergistic Inhibitory effect of Lactobacillus plantarum and garlic in (24)h. incubation period was higher than the effect of other spices.

This study sought to investigate the impacts of big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and business intelligence (BI) on Firms' e-learning and business performance at Jordanian telecommunications industry. After the samples were checked, a total of 269 were collected. All of the information gathered throughout the investigation was analyzed using the PLS software. The problem of the research lies in special motor abilities training programs like the balance that positively affect coordination between the nervous system and muscles. These training programs did not get enough attention from athletes especially young athletes; their training was restricted to physical abilities like strength, speed, and endurance instead. The research aimed at designing an apparatus for developing athletes’ balance in national centers for gifted/ ministry of youth and sport so as to provide a measurement for coached in this field. In this study, composite materials were prepared using unsaturated polyester resin as binder with two types of fillers (sawdust and chopped reeds). The molding method is used to prepare sheets of UPE / sawdust composite and UPE / chopped reeds composite. The mechanical properties were studied including flexural strength and Young's modulus for the samples at normal conditions (N.C).
