Inhibitory effect of Lactobacillus plantarum was studied against Escherichia coli O157:H7 in minced beef , as well as the effect of some Spices ( Garlic , Cloves and Black Pepper ) was studied against this bacteria . Plate count method was used to estimate the viable cells of E. coli O157:H7 in the treated meat samples for incubation periods( 0 , 24 and 48) h. Results showed that Lactobacillus plantarum had inhibitory effect against E. coli O157:H7 , when reducing the number of cells after 24, 48 h., and reached to Zero after (24) h. As well as Spices in this study had inhibitory activity against E. coli O157:H7 .Garlic had the highest inhibitory effect compared with Cloves and Black Pepper. The synergistic inhibitory effect of the combination of Lactobacillus plantarum and Spices ( Garlic , Cloves and Black Pepper ) separately were studied against E. coli O157:H7 in the minced beef using the same method of counting . Results showed that the combination of Lactobacillus plantarum and spices had a synergistic inhibitory effect against E. coli O157:H7. The synergistic Inhibitory effect of Lactobacillus plantarum and garlic in (24)h. incubation period was higher than the effect of other spices.

Statistical control charts are widely used in industry for process and measurement control . in this paper we study the use of markov chain approach in calculating the average run length (ARL) of cumulative sum (Cusum) control chart for defect the shifts in the mean of process , and exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) control charts for defect the shifts for process mean and , the standard deviation . A batch and flow injection (FI) spectrophotometric methods are described for the determination of barbituric acid in aqueous and urine samples. The method is based on the oxidative coupling reaction of barbituric acid with 4-aminoantipyrine and potassium iodate to form purple water soluble stable product at λ 510 nm. Good linearity for both methods was obtained ranging from 2 to 60 μg mL−1, 5–100 μg mL−1 for batch and FI techniques, respectively. The limit of detection (signal/noise = 3) of 0.45 μg mL−1 for batch method and 0.48 μg mL−1 for FI analysis was obtained. This study aimed at identifying the counseling needs for classroom teachers specialization in
Jerash university. The sample of the study consisted (112) students. To achieve this goal a
scale with (39) items was built by the researcher, this scale has four domains they are as

methods:Sixty children who were newly diagnosed
type 1 diabetes (diagnosed less than five months)

Another 50 healthy siblings were available for this
