This study investigated the prevalence of oqxA and oqxB genes and their effective roles in the development of multidrug resistant (MDR) phenotype among clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae. Out of 150 clinical samples, 50 (33%) isolates were recognized as K. pneumoniae according to the morphological and biochemical properties.     The objective of this paper is, firstly, we study a new concept noted by algebra and discuss the properties of this concept. Secondly, we introduce a new concept related to the algebra such as smallest algebra. Thirdly, we introduce the notion of the restriction of algebra on a nonempty subset  of and investigate some of its basic properties. The current research aims to identify the typical effect of Flower and Coscroft on expressive performance and the development of lateral thinking among literary fifth-grade students. To achieve the research objective, the researcher chose a sample of (90) female students from the fifth literary grade, with two experimental groups and a control group.
