Total luminescence (Chemiluminescence & Fluorescence)- FIA Method For The Determination of DL-Histidine
...Show More Authors

Histidine was determined via measurement of total luminescence (i:e creation of chemiluminescence and insitu irradiation of released light to an acceptor fluorophore molecule to  initiate fluorescence from fluorescien molecule in flat – spiral micro cell designed for this measurement . A detailed description of robust linear equation for the range of 0.002 – 0.05 mol.L-1 for a sample size of 70 µL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9879 and a coefficient of determination of 97.59% while for a quadratic model of the same concentration range was 0.9881 correlation coefficient and 97.63% coefficient of determination. Analysis of variance was conducted for both kinds of models . It indicated that their was no significant difference and both equations can be used to represent the data obtained

FLUORESCENCE LIFETIME MEASUREMENT OF C5H6 AND C6D6
...Show More Authors

Absorption and lifetime measurements were made for C6H6. and C6D6 molecules in pure solid phase and in solid matrices of Ar, N2, CO, and CO2. All measurement are made at low temperatures ranging between 12-50 K. A modified least square fitting deconvolution was utilized to measure the fluorescence lifetime with an error less than 1%. The results show that the use of matrix isolation technique offer a unique environment that minimize the perturbation of the molecular or atomic system and hence facilitate spectral analysis.

Minimizing the Total Completion Times, the Total Tardiness and the Maximum Tardiness
...Show More Authors

In this paper, the main work is to minimize a function of three cost criteria for scheduling n jobs on a single machine. We proposed algorithms to solve the single machine scheduling multiobjective problem. In this problem, we consider minimizing the total completion times, total tardiness and maximum tardiness criteria. First a branch and bound (BAB) algorithm is applied for the 1//∑Ci+∑Ti+Tmax problem. Second we compare two multiobjective algorithms one of them based on (BAB) algorithm to find the set of efficient (non dominated) solutions for the 1//(∑Ci ,∑Ti ,Tmax) problem. The computational results show that the algorithm based on (BAB) algorithm is better than the other one for generated the total number of

Andalusian women enjoyed much historical news in the fluorescence of Andalusia, describing it as beautiful and good cohabitation, as the men were involved in conquests, including those who were wives of the caliphs, including scientists, singers, and adept writers Hassan and tongue, in addition to the acquisition of masters in slave markets in Cordoba, Seville and many cities, In addition, Andalusian women enjoy freedom in their relationship with men and have been reflected in the historical fluorescence of Andalusia, such as the book of the history of Ibn Abdul Malik bin Habib al-Alberi (d. And the collar of the dove repented in intimacy and thousands of Ibn Hazm al-Qurtubi (d. 456 AH / 1065 CE), the book of Hilla al-Sayra of Ibn al-Wel

Minimizing the Total Completion Time and Total Earliness Time Functions for a Machine Scheduling Problem Using Local Search Methods
...Show More Authors

In this paper we investigate the use of two types of local search methods (LSM), the Simulated Annealing (SA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), to solve the problems ( ) and . The results of the two LSMs are compared with the Branch and Bound method and good heuristic methods. This work shows the good performance of SA and PSO compared with the exact and heuristic methods in terms of best solutions and CPU time.

Colorimetry and Indirect X-ray Fluorescence Determination of Active Ingredients in Tetracycline Hydrochloride Drug and Injection Solution of B12 Vitamin Using of Polyurethane Foam Sorbents
...Show More Authors

The simple and available technique of colorimetry and indirect X-ray fluorescence determination of tetracycline hydrochloride (in the form of colored complex with iron(III) ions) and cyanocobalamine (in the form of the colored thiocyanate complex with cobalt(II) ions) is offered. The analytes were separated from the accompanying components by sorption to polyurethane foam based on ethers. The conditions of sorption separation and measurement of analytical signal of these substances are optimized. The obtained results of tetracycline drugs and injection solution B12 vitamin are in satisfactory agreement with data declared by the manufacturer.

Development and Validation of a Simple and Sensitive Reverse-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Method for the Determination of Ibuprofen in Pharmaceutical Suspensions
...Show More Authors

The aim of this work was to develop and validate a rapid and low cost method for estimation of ibuprofen in pharmaceutical suspensions using Reverse-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The proposed method was conducted and validated according to International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) requirements. The chromatographic parameters were as follows: column of octyldecylsilyl C18 with dimensions (150 × 4.6) mm, mobile phase composed of acetonitrile with phosphoric acid with a ratio of 50 to 50 each using isocratic mode, flow rate of 1.5 mL/min and injection volume of 5 μL. The detection was carried out using UV detector at 220 nm. The method was validated and showed short retention time for ibuprofen peak at 7.651 min, wit

Exact and Near Pareto Optimal Solutions for Total Completion Time and Total Late Work Problem
...Show More Authors

In this paper, the bi-criteria machine scheduling problems (BMSP) are solved, where the discussed problem is represented by the sum of completion and the sum of late work times  simultaneously. In order to solve the suggested BMSP, some metaheurisitc methods are suggested which produce good results. The suggested local search methods are simulated annulling and bees algorithm. The results of the new metaheurisitc methods are compared with the complete enumeration method, which is considered an exact method, then compared results of the heuristics with each other to obtain the most efficient method.

Development of an Eco-Friendly Method for Iron Extraction and Determination in Pharmaceuticals Using Ciprofloxacin Drug as Chelating agent
...Show More Authors

A method is developed for the determination of iron (III) in pharmaceutical preparations by coupling cloud point extraction (CPE) and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The method is based on the reaction of Fe(III) with excess drug ciprofloxacin (CIPRO) in dilute H2SO4, forming a hydrophobic Fe(III)- CIPRO complex which can be extracted into a non-ionic surfactant Triton X-114, and iron ions are determined spectrophotometrically at absorption maximum of 437 nm. Several variables which impact on the extraction and determination of Fe (III) are optimized in order to maximize the extraction efficiency and improve the sensitivity of the method. The interferences study is also considered to check the accuracy of the procedure. The results hav
