This study was carried out on 10 adult females of albino mice , aged 8 – 10 weeks and 24 – 27 gm weight . In addition to 10 males were used for mating in order to determine the effect of injection of bromocriptine on the early stages of pregnancy and this was observed by measuring the weights of some component of female reproduction . The animals were divided into groups : the first group as the control which were injected subcutaneously with normal saline , while the second group as the treated which were injected subcutaneously with 0.5 mg of bromocriptine throughout the time of the expermint ( 5 days ). The results showed that there was a significant decrease ( P < 0.05 ) in consumpation of food and boody weight before killing , and also in weights of overies and uteri of treated animals in comparison with control . The result also showed the influence of bromocriptine in inhibiting the levels of prolactin hormone and the appearance of its negative effect on the earlier stages of pregnancy in mice through effect on the ovaries and uteri of these animals .

This research was carried out in quail in the laboratory of histopathology diseases during four months. The objectives of this study was to detecting the effects of the addition of the alcohol extract of ginger to ovary tissue of quail. The two groups of birds were in almost similar weights and were placed in cages. Each group consisted of 8 quails. The first group (control group) fed on regular feeding without adding alcoholic extract of ginger. The second group (treated group) fed on the same normal food after adding the alcohol extract of ginger at a concentration of 300 mg / kg. The results indicated that ginger have positive effects on folliculogenesis.

So this study aimed to study some of the liver function represented by the enzymes aspartate aminotransferase (AST or GOT) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT or GPT) in smokers and non-smokers for 50 persons in a group consists of 25 smokers and 25 non-smokers of different ages and to study the effectiveness of cigarette smoking on liver enzymes by checking the secretion of (AST) (35.84± 4.1)U/ 1 (ALT)(51.08±7.286 ) U/1(p<0.05) relative to non-smokers were significantly correlated with heavy cigarette smoking.

The process involved isolating E. faecium from the gut of honeybees, screening the bacterium for bacteriocin-like inhibitory substance (BLIS), evaluating its impact on the expression of the mexA gene in multidrug-resistant (MDR) P. aeruginosa, and determining the role of bacteriocin in treating infected wounds in mice through histopathological examination. After evaluating the best circumstances for producing BLIS, it was discovered that glucose was a superior carbon source and yeast extract was the best source of nitrogen. The pH was found to be 5, the ideal incubation time was 72 hours, and ammonium sulfate salt was used for partial purification at 80% saturation. The determination of manganese (II) using flow injection analysis with chemiluminescence detection was investigated. Mn2+ in sample solutions injected into a carrier stream of sodium bismuthate (NaBiO3) were oxidised to form MnO4- ions which were capable of producing luminescence after reaction with luminol/KOH in a flow cell.
