Background: prednisolone is a corticosteroid with a very bitter taste acts as anti- anti-inflammatory and immune suppressant drug and it is used at any age.

Objective: To improve patient compliance by masking the bitter taste of the drug to be delivered as an orodispersible tablet.

Methods: External ionic gelation using sodium alginate (0.5%w/v) and calcium chloride (1% w/v) in presence of 0.5% w/v carbopol 940 was used to prepare taste masked beads loaded with prednisolone to be compressed as orodispersible tablets.

Seven strains of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. vicide were isolated
and purified from the root nodules of faba bean (Viciae faba) plants
collected from different agroclimatic locations in Baghdad and Diyala
provinces of Iraq. Screening of these strains gives four salinity tolernat  strains which tolerate 1-5% sodium chloride supplement mannitol to  salt yeast extract (M Y) medium. Colony forming units for the four tolerant strains under stress conditions were significantly reduced in comparison with those under normal conditions. The Freezing was used in saving samples collected newly, in addition to use Alcohol and Formalin with different concentrations 70% of Alcohol and 10% of Formalin. The concentrations of some heavy metal elements were examined, such as Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Manganese, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Copper and Boron in samples saved in Formalin and Alcohol and frozen at different durations.
