The Experiment was conducted during the fall of 2002-2003 at the botanical gardenor of biology Department, Ibn- Al Hiatham Education college Baghdad University to study the effect of two planting dates (23/10 and 6/ll 2002) with different concentrations of GA3 (100 and 200 ppm) on growth characters and the active material of two cultivars (Local and German) of chamomilla (Matricaria chamomilla L.) plants.   M D simulation of Imidazole aqueous solution at 298.15, 303.15 and 308.15 K was carried out by using OPLS force field from this simulation we calculate RDF of N-H… OH2 and N…HOH type of interactions, the results show that the hydration shell around N-H site at 5A0 decade with the increase of temperature and reformed at 10A0, so N site has two conserved hydration shells at approximate 4 and 6A0 respectively these are stable in this temperature range but the order and number of water molecules are varying with temperature specially the hydration shell at 4A0

Naproxen is a non steroidal anti inflammatory and antipyretic drug which has local irritation effect  on  the  stomach, and  unpleasant taste,  besides bad   flowability and light sensitivity .The drug was prepared as microcapsules by complex coacervation method using acacia-gelatin coating materials , and aqueous colloid polymer dispersion method ( ACPD ), using ethyl cellulose and sodium alginate coating materials . The results indicated that microcapsules prepared by 2:1  core:wall ratio is the best for both methods, with an average encapsulation efficiency (75%) and avarege yield (90%) .

      This study focused on determining the effect of the alcoholic extract of curcuma longa on mouse embryo, twenty adult white Swiss mice used in this study. Experimental animals were divided into four groups with six mice for each group. For mating occur, 3 females and male were placed in cage. It was confirmed that the mating took place when examining the next morning and watching the vaginal plug, and considered that the day after mating is the first day of the pregnancy. We prepared three subs lethal concentrations of curcuma longa were applied to Experimental groups except control group, 10 mg/kg, 50 mg kg/ and 100 mg/kg. From 7-14 of pregnancy we were given the pregnant mice 0.1 ml per 10 gm body weight.
