This research aims at building a proposed training program according to the self-regulated strategies for the mathematics teachers and to identify the effect of this program on relational Mathematics of teachers. The sample of the research was (60) Math teachers; (30) teachers as experimental group and (30) teachers as control group. The results of the current research reacheded that the proposed training program according to some self-managed learning strategies, meets the needs of trainees with remarkable effectiveness to improve the level of their teaching performance to achieve the desired goals. In this research study the effect of irradiation by (CW) CO2 laser on some optical properties of (Cds) doping by Ni thin films of (1)µm thickness has been prepared by heat evaporation method. (X-Ray) diffraction technique showed the prepared films before and after irradiation are ploy crystalline hexagonal structure, optical properties were include recording of absorbance spectra for prepared films in the range of (400-1000) nm wave lengths, the absorption coefficient and the energy gap were calculated before and after irradiation, finally the irradiation affected (CdS) thin films by changing its color from the Transparent yellow to dark rough yellow and decrease the value absorption coefficient also increase the value of energy gap.

In this paper, we have derived Bayesian estimation for the parameters and reliability function of Perks distribution based on two different loss functions, Lindley’s approximation has been used to obtain those values. It is assumed that the parameter behaves as a random variable have a Gumbell Type P prior with non-informative is used. And after the derivation of mathematical formulas of those estimations, the simulation method was used for comparison depending on mean square error (MSE) values and integrated mean absolute percentage error (IMAPE) values respectively. Among of conclusion that have been reached, it is observed that, the LE-NR estimate introduced the best perform for estimating the parameter λ.

An innovative desalination method called electrosorption or capacitive deionization (CDI) has significant benefits for wastewater treatment. This process is performed by using a carbon fiber electrode as a working electrode to remove hexavalent chromium ions from an aqueous solution.
