Anew mathematical formula was proposed to describe the behavior of the extinction coefficient as a function of ambient temperature and wavelengths for some of infrared materials. This formula was derived depending on some experimental data of transmittance spectrum versus wavelengths for many ambient temperatures. The extensive study of the spectrum characteristics and depending on Bose-Einstein distribution led to derive an equation connecting the extinction coefficient or the absorption coefficient with the ambient temperature and wavelengths of the incident rays. The basic assumption in deriving process is the decreasing in transmittance value with the increasing temperature which is only due to the changing in extinction coefficient values.
This study was carried out to evaluate parasitological and immunological of the effect of chitosan and chitosannanoparticles loaded with spiramycin on toxoplasmosis infected mice. After injection intra peritoneal with 103viable tachyzoites for acute infection, treatments given for seven days. Peritoneal fluid examination revealed a significant decrease in the number of Toxoplasmagondiitachyzoites in all treated infected mice compared with infected non-treated. The combined therapy gave better results than single. The best effect was observed in group of mice treated with spiramycin combined with chitosan nanoparticles. An analytical and clinical study has been applied for measure the bioavailability of Zinc in serum of twenty adults healthy volunteers, using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS) at 213.9 nm. The calibration graph is linear in the ranges of 0.25-1.5 μg.mL-1 with correlation coefficient (R) 0.09996)μg.mL1-and molar absorpitivites 22957.76(L.mol1-cm-1.The concentration of Zinc determined in serum of all volunteers before and after administered orally a tablet of 50 mg zinc sulphate, produced by Samara drugs company (SDI). Seventeen samples of five types of water base mud in which (fresh water bentonite mud.
