يسعى البحث إلى الاهتمام بإحدى الوظائف المهمة في إدارة الموارد البشرية وهي تقويم الأداء التي تواجه مجموعة من الانتقادات والآراء السلبية، اذ ظهر في الأّونة الأخيرة أنموذج جديد يمكن إن يتجاوز تلك السلبيات وهو أنموذج التغذية العكسية المتعدد المصادر درجة .وقد حاول الباحثان توظيف هذا المفهوم في اثنتين من المنظمات العامة العراقية هما (دائرة كهرباء الوسط) التابعة لوزارة الكهرباء
و (دائرة الماء والمجاري) التابعة لوزارة البلديات، اذ يؤمن هذا الأنموذج مشاركة إطراف متعددة في التقويم (المدير الأعلى، المسؤول المباشر، الزملاء، الذات)، وتم جمع المعلومات من خلال استبانه وزعت على عينة من المنظمتين المبحوثتين بلغ مجموعهما (60)، ومن ابرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث وجود اهتمام وقبول لتطبيق هذا الأنموذج سواء على مستوى المفهوم أم على الإطراف التي يمكن إن تشارك في عملية التقويم وما يتمخض عنه من نتائج مع عدم وجود فروقا معنوية بين المنظمتين من خلال هذه النتائج، وقد أوصى الباحثان بضرورة تطبيقه في هاتين المنظمتين كمرحلة أولى مع تذليل المعوقات التي قد تصاحب مثل هذا التطبيق وتوفير الأجواء النفسية الايجابية مع إمكانية ربط نظام الحوافز المتبع بنتائج التطبيق.
Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) beams have gained attention due to their promising mechanical properties and potential for structural applications. Combining GFRP core and encasing materials creates a composite beam with superior mechanical properties. This paper describes the testing encased GFRP beams as composite Reinforced Concrete (RC) beams under low-velocity impact load. Theoretical analysis was used with practical results to simulate the tested beams' behavior and predict the generated energies during the impact loading. The complex was formed by reacting cupric acetate with a Schiff base in a 2:1 metal-to-ligand ratio. Material and methods: The sample consisted of 12 PEEK CAD/CAM retainers each composed of 2 centrally perforated 3x4mm pads joined by a connector. They were treated by 98% sulfuric acid for 1 minute and then conditioned with Single Bond Universal and bonded to the lingual surface of premolar teeth by 3M Transbond TM System. The different structural of two materials lead to suggestion the continuum energy level for Al metal and TiO2 semiconductor. The electronic flow rate at the Al-TiO2 complex has affected by transition energy, coupling strength and contact at the interface of two materials. Decolorization of red azo dye (Cibacron Red FN-R) from synthetic wastewater has been investigated as a function of solar advanced oxidation process. The photocatalytic activity using ZnO as a photocatalysis has been estimated. Different parameters affected the removal efficiency, including pH of the solution, initial dye concentration and H2O2 concentration were evaluated to find out the optimum value of these parameters. The results proved that the optimal pH value was 8 and the most efficient H2O2 concentration was 100mg/L.
