...Show More Authors

Abstract

In light of the great technological development and the emergence of globalization has increased global competition, where it became competitive exercise pressure on all sectors. In light of this companies mast enviorment depend on the means that keeps them on the competitive position through access to information about competitors in order to help them to draw a strategy that will achieve a competitive edge either through excellence or reduce the costs of their products and this means intelligence competitive and reverse engineering that help to gain information on competitors analyze and put of the decision-maker From this point formed the idea of research in the statement of the role of competitive intelligence and reverse engineering to achieve competitive advantage, so the problem of research in several questions:

* What is competitive intelligence and how it affects the competitive advantage?

* How to help reverse engineering a competitive intelligence to achieve competitive advantage?

So the search is aimed to the statement of cognitive underpinnings of intelligence and competitive reverse-engineering and its role in achieving competitive advantage through the company's strategy to achieve a lower cost or excellence. In order to achieve the objective of this research and put formulation of hypothesis basic message: help competitive intelligence, reverse engineering on achieved competitive advantage to achieve the goal of the research and test his hypothesis was divided into three Section Investigation singled out from the first and second display research methodology and theoretical framework, while the third on the last and most important conclusions and recommendations.

The Role of Interleukine-33 in Inflammatory Bowel Disease
...Show More Authors

The inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) are heterogenous chronic inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. The most widely accepted etiopathogenic hypothesis for these disorders suggests an immune mediated process.
Objective: This study was performed to evaluate the role of interleukine-33 in pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease and to correlate their levels with the disease activity and/or severity.
Methods: Fifty five subjects with inflammatory bowel disease (41 ulcerative colitis patients and 14 Crohn’s disease patients) their ages range from 16-65 years and 25 apparently healthy volunteers their ages and sexes were matched with the patients were participated i

The role of HSP60 in Atherosclerotic Coronary Heart disease
...Show More Authors

Background: Heat shock proteins have a general role in the response of the arterial wall to stress and may serve as a mediator/inducer of atherosclerosis in particular circumstances when HSPs specifically bind to the Toll-like receptor 4/CD14 complex, initiating an innate immune response, including the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, this also followed by cytokine amplification through transmigration of macrophages and neutrophils.
Objective: To investigate the percentage of expression of HSP60 by peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) in atherosclerotic coronary heart disease (CHD) patients using immunocytochemistry technique.
Method: A total of fifty patient (40 males and 10 females), ranged from the mean age (59.12±8.54) y

Background: Apoptosis is a physiological type of cell death; it is active, well-controlled genetic program of cell death that does not produce inflammatory process. It is involved in cell turnover in healthy adult tissues and it is responsible for focal elimination of unwanted cells during normal embryonic development, organ homeostasis, immune regulation and defense without causing stress to the neighboring cells.
Method: This study was carried on 30 Grave's disease female patients with a mean age of (29.8 ± 8.3) years. The study parameters were considered as: before and after treatment; patient becomes clinically and biochemically euthyroid after 4-6 weeks of starting treatment with antithyroid drug&nb
