The research aims to
1 – The discloser  of the level of moral values in the children of kindergarten.
2 - Building an educational program designed to develop moral values on the children of kindergarten.

3 - Knowing the impact of the program in the development of moral values in children
Purposive sample was selected consisted of 40 children and a child aged 5-6 years and to achieve objectives of the research promising measure of the moral  values kindergarten has been applied to the children of the two groups was based on  pre and post test

The research aimed to investigate the level of Organizational Cynicism and Job Engagement of Government Schools teachers in Al Zubair district. To achieve this research was conducted on a random sample of (66) items. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. This study aims to identify the anxiety pregnant women have of dying, in the light of some Demographic variables in Bethlehem (age, residence, and the mother's job). The descriptive method was used in this study. To achieve the study purposes, the researchers developed a questionnaire as a tool of study, which consisted of (19) paragraphs ,after been verified of its validity & stability.
