Abstract: The M(II) complexes [M2(phen)2(L)(H2O)2Cl2] in (2:1:2 (M:L:phen) molar ratio, (where M(II) =Mn(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Hg(II), phen = 1,10-phenanthroline; L = 2,2'-(1Z,1'Z)-(biphenyl-4,4'-diylbis(azan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(methan-1-yl-1- ylidene)diphenol] were synthesized. The mixed complexes have been prepared and characterized using 1H and13C NMR, UV/Visible, FTIR spectra methods and elemental microanalysis, as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. Secure data communication across networks is always threatened with intrusion and abuse. Network Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is a valuable tool for in-depth defense of computer networks. Most research and applications in the field of intrusion detection systems was built based on analysing the several datasets that contain the attacks types using the classification of batch learning machine. The present study presents the intrusion detection system based on Data Stream Classification. Several data stream algorithms were applied on CICIDS2017 datasets which contain several new types of attacks. The results were evaluated to choose the best algorithm that satisfies high accuracy and low computation time.
