In this research the subject of human ability to change, as it is proven in the Koran , which is proof of the argument against the ability of human change , whether the change in the positive or negative direction .
Here the limits of the research are limited to a study of analysis of human ability to change and this establishes the important of knowing that man has the ability while in the wrong way to change the path to the right path which Gifts and guidance .

In this paper, we presented new types of Mc-function by using 𝜔-open and 𝑁-open sets some of them are weaker than Mc-function and some are stronger, which are 𝜔Mc-function, M𝜔c-function, 𝜔M𝜔c-function, 𝑁Mc-function, M𝑁c-function and 𝑁M𝑁c-function, also we submitted new kinds of continuous functions and compact functions and we illustrated the relationships between these types. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.
