At different stages of the evolution of the modern Iraqi state ears last century did not receive the industrial sectors importance in great domestic production (GDP) and that the limited resources available in the initial stage and the dominance of public sector industry in the late stage , so the continued decline in the contribution of the private industrial sector in GDP , and this is why imbalance in the labor market and reduced demand for manpower in this sector despite the high rates of labor supply and the various skills and levels of investments, their human and the different geographical distribution , and direction of labor to other economic sectors most requested of the labor force such as the pubic sector and service sector, as well as the relationship of positive large between output and demand for labor that did not play its due to poor performance of the output in this sector, which led to double the impact in this sector to attract employment . Different working conditions and incentives and orientations between both the industrial and public sectors was reflected later on the efficiency of human resources and productivity delete facilities nationalized long experience of investment and production could not be compensated under the bureaucratic public sector, also lost direction totalitarian economic policies previous all elements of economic efficiency and competitiveness of production, than about the Iraqi economy to yield economy depends on oil revenues, without being able to these policies create growth parallel in the Iraqi economy, and that the administration of socialism and the predominance of the public sector has been marginalized private sector and disrupted its role in development, this marginalization has led to decline the role of the private industrial sector and the size of its ability to develop and absorb the workforce, particularly that sector limited the capabilities and expertise, which dominated the activity of this sector work small and medium enterprises, which contributed modestly in the composition of GDP due to the weak capacity of physical and technical
Objective This study evaluated the effects of adding titanium oxide (TiO2) nanofillers on the tear strength, tensile strength, elongation percentage, and hardness of room-temperature-vulcanized (RTV) VST50F and high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) Cosmesil M511 maxillofacial silicone elastomers. Methods Two types of maxillofacial elastomers, VST50F RTV and Cosmesil M511 HTV, were used. Nano-TiO2 powder was applied as a nanofiller. A total of 120 specimens were fabricated, 60 each of VST50F and Cosmesil M511. The specimens of each type of elastomer were divided into three equal groups on which tests were conducted for tear strength, tensile strength, and hardness i.e., 20 specimens were used for each test. Each group of 20 specimens was further

Nine distinct treatments were created by combining municipal solid waste (MSW) with animal waste (3:1, 2:1), poultry manure (3:1, 2:1), mixed waste (2:1:1), agricultural waste (dry leaves), biocont (Trichoderm hazarium), and humic acid. Weekly monitoring of temperature, pH, EC, organic matter (OM percent), and the C/N ratio was performed, and macronutrients (N, P, K) were measured. Trace elements, including heavy metals (Cd and Pb), were tested in the first and final weeks of maturity. Results: Temperatures in the first days of composting reached the thermophilic phase in MSW compost
... Show MoreWe describe the synthesis and characterization of a novel 2D-MnOx material using a combination of HR-TEM, XAS, XRD, and reactivity measurements. The ease with which the 2D material can be made and the conditions under which it can be made implies that water oxidation catalysts previously described as “birnessite-like” (3D) may be better thought of as 2D materials with very limited layer stacking. The distinction between the materials as being “birnessite-like” and “2D” is important because it impacts on our understanding of the function of these materials in the environment and as catalysts. The 2D-MnOx material is noted to be a substantially stronger chemical oxidant than previously noted for other birnessite-like manganese oxi

... Show MoreElectrical resistivity tomography (ERT) methods have been increasingly used in various shallow depth archaeological prospections in the last few decades. These non‐invasive techniques can save time, costs, and efforts in archaeological prospection and yield detailed images of subsurface anomalies. We present the results of quasi‐three‐dimensional (3D) ERT measurements in an area of a presumed Roman construction, using a dense electrode network of parallel and orthogonal profiles in dipole–dipole configuration. A roll‐along technique has been utilized to cover a large part of the archaeological site with a 25 cm electrode and profile spacing, respectively. We have designed a new field proce
