Measuring and Analyzing The Causal Relationship between Investing Government Expenditure non-oil GDP in Iraq For The Period (1990-2011)

The investment government expenditure is considered the fundamental of enhancing the economic activity as it has become a mean for achieving capital accumulation in all economic  sectors, The Iraqi economy is characterized of being yield unilateral depending petroleum  revenues as an essential  resource of financing government expenditure , as  the contribution of petroleum  sector in GDP is large in proportions to other economic sectors  contribution.

 The relationship between investing government expenditure, and non-oil GDP  is about to be not existent during the period of the research on the long term, and the reason is the  economic sanctions imposed which left negative effects  on Iraq economic representing in the decrease of employment levels in the Iraqi sectors , the decrease of productive capacities in commodity sectors ( agricultural - industrial ) and other reasons ,  After  U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003,new economic features have emerged representing in infrastructure collapse for the  most economic and, the decrease of the investments presented to be  sustained and expanded for the purpose of their fittnss with population increases and economic and social developments ,

the continuity yield style  of  and non- productive of the economic policy trends  which contributed in deterioration of  commodity sectors , particularly agricultural and industrial , and the accumulation of yield  service of  Iraqi economy for the benefit of defense and security activities that brought a continuous  increase in consumption expenditure at the expense of investing expenditure  in productive and development fields ,in addition to that  the prevalence of financial and administrative corruption in all economic, managerial and security government activities , and the lack of suitable investing environment that is of a direct role in the decrease of production and hence, the  weakness of its contribution  in non-oil GDP

Development of Regression Models for Predicting Pavement Condition Index from the International Roughness Index

Flexible pavements are considered an essential element of transportation infrastructure. So, evaluations of flexible pavement performance are necessary for the proper management of transportation infrastructure. Pavement condition index (PCI) and international roughness index (IRI) are common indices applied to evaluate pavement surface conditions. Convergence of the Generalized Homotopy Perturbation Method for Solving Fractional Order Integro-Differential Equations

In this paper,the homtopy perturbation method (HPM) was applied to obtain the approximate solutions of the fractional order integro-differential equations . The fractional order derivatives and fractional order integral are described in the Caputo and Riemann-Liouville sense respectively. We can easily obtain the solution from convergent the infinite series of HPM . A theorem for convergence and error estimates of the HPM for solving fractional order integro-differential equations was given. Moreover, numerical results show that our theoretical analysis are accurate and the HPM can be considered as a powerful method for solving fractional order integro-diffrential equations.

X-Ray Emission Spectroscopy Analysis for Near-Asteroid Belt of Atmospheric of the Comets

         According to Chandra Survey Observatory Near-Asteroid Belt Comets, the solar wind's contact with the comet produces a variety of spectral characteristics. The study of X-ray spectra produced by charge exchange is presented here. The spectrum of a comet can reveal a lot about its composition. This study has concentrated on the elemental abundance in six different comets, including 17P/Holmes, C/1999T1, C/2013A1, 9p/Temple1, and 103p/Hartley2 (NEAT). Co-digestion of Shumblan with Different Wastes as a Source for the Biogas Production

Shumblan (SH) is one of the most undesirable aquatic plants widespread in the irrigation channels and water bodies. This work focuses on boosting the biogas potential of shumblan by co-digesting it with other types of wastes without employing any chemical or thermal pretreatments as done in previous studies. A maximum biogas recovery of 378 ml/g VS was reached using shumblan with cow manure as inoculum in a ratio of 1:1. The methane content of the biogas was 55%. Based on volatile solid (VS) and C/N ratios, biogas productions of 518, 434, and 580 ml/g VS were obtained when the shumblan was co-digested with food wastes (SH:F), paper wastes (SH:P), and green wastes (SH:G) respectively. An algorithm for binary codebook design based on the average bitmap replacement error (ABPRE)

In this paper, an algorithm for binary codebook design has been used in vector quantization technique, which is used to improve the acceptability of the absolute moment block truncation coding (AMBTC) method. Vector quantization (VQ) method is used to compress the bitmap (the output proposed from the first method (AMBTC)). In this paper, the binary codebook can be engender for many images depending on randomly chosen to the code vectors from a set of binary images vectors, and this codebook is then used to compress all bitmaps of these images. Approximate Solution for Two Machine Flow Shop Scheduling Problem to Minimize the Total Earliness

This paper proposes a new algorithm (F2SE) and algorithm (Alg(n – 1)) for solving the
two-machine flow shop problem with the objective of minimizing total earliness. This
complexity result leads us to use an enumeration solution approach for the algorithm (F2SE)
and (DM) is more effective than algorithm Alg( n – 1) to obtain approximate solution.
