This research aimed to examine the correlation and influence of leader-member exchange in the organizational citizenship behavior in the existence of organizational trust as mediator variable among workers in ministry of migration and displaced, has been collecting data and information relating to research by designing questionnaire was distributed to the stratified random sample included (56) member of the workers in the ministry mentioned, and through the use of several statistical method were the main findings of research was the existence of a correlation relationship and influence between leader- member exchange and organizational trust, while the results confirmed no correlation and influence exist between leader- member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior. The research ended with a group of Conclusions The most prominent of the organizational trust important role in increasing the impact of leader- member exchange of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, And it recommended that research on the need for the Planning Directorate in the Ministry of Displacement and Migration work poll periodically to the views of staff for the running of the ministry and the relationship between supervisor and there Subordinates, it would provide for the heads of sources to develop their performance as well as enhance their openness and transparency, which requires that takes presidents including posed by subordinates of Notesand ideas.
Many therapeutic methods used to encourage reparative processes of cartilage and accelerate their healing such as drugs, magneto-laser and so on. Twenty four adult New Zealand rabbits used in this study. They were divided in to two groups; control and treaded with He –Ne laser. A square skin flap done on the medial aspect of both auricles followed by pealing a square piece of cartilage from the auricle then the flaps sutured .The site of the operation in the rabbits of the treated group were irradiated with He –Ne laser 5mw power for seven days began after the operation directly. 3 rabbits from each group used for collection of specimens for histopathological examination at the 1, 2, 4 & 6 weeks post the operation. Production log data can be used to monitor the impacts of pressure depletion over time and to determine average pressure with the use of Selective Inflow Performance (SIP). The SIP technique provides a method of determining the steady state of inflow relationship for each individual layer. The well flows at different stabilized surface rates, and for each rate, a production log is run throughout the producing interval to record both downhole flow rates and flowing pressure. PVT data can be used to convert measured in-situ rates

Managing a sewer network requires various types of activities so the network can be able to achieve a certain level of performance. During the lifetime of the network various components will start to deteriorate leading to bad performance and can damage the infrastructure. The main objective of this research is to develop deterioration models to provide an assessment tool for determining the serviceability of the sewer networks in Baghdad city the Zeppelin line was selected as a case study, as well as to give top management authorities the appropriate decision making. Here, we have scrutinized the correlation between serum levels of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in PIH.Methods: Serum samples were collected from 80 Iraqi women (40 women with PIH as patients group, 20 normotensive pregnant women as a positive control, and 20 normotensive non-pregnant women as a negative control) all groups were diagnosed clinically. Results: Serum of H2O2 and SOD levels was measured for all studied groups. Results showed that there were no significant variances in age and gestational age distribution between all studied groups. Furthermore, result showed that the serum level o

Potential pattern of foodborne bacteriophages against multidrug-resistant pathogens was a promising hygienic strategy module. Post-antibiotics era becomes evident due to emerging of dramatic episodes of infectious foci harboring biofilm and multidrug-resistant pathogens transferred mainly throughout food chain. Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) were struggling among these new infectious emergencies. Phenotypic epigenetic transit tolerant drift cascaded by genetic resistant shift behaviors of recalcitrant VRE forbidden clones recovered from mastitis cases in Cows from territories of Abu-Ghraib, Al- Fudhaliyah and Al-Sadrya in Baghdad ecosystem were combated by redirected lytic bacteriophages cocktails recovered from the same raw-milk ec

Show MoreThe modification of hydrophobic rock surfaces to the water-wet state via nanofluid treatment has shown promise in enhancing their geological storage capabilities and the efficiency of carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen (H2) containment. Despite this, the specific influence of silica (SiO2) nanoparticles on the interactions between H2, brine, and rock within basaltic formations remains underexplored. The present study focuses on the effect of SiO2 nanoparticles on the wettability of Saudi Arabian basalt (SAB) under downhole conditions (323 K and pressures ranging from 1 to 20 MPa) by using the tilted plate technique to measure the contact angles between H2/brine and the rock surfaces. The findings reveal that the SAB's hydrophobicity intensif

The study utilizes CFD modeling, validated against experimental benchmarks, to evaluate how various geometric parameters of curved fins affect system performance. Findings demonstrate that adjusting the fin angular curvature from 60◦ to 180◦ yielded a 22.1 % decrease in the time required for solidification while simultaneously improving heat recovery efficiency by 32.0 %. When the fin base spacing was increased from 5 mm to 15 mm, the system showed a 14.5 % solidification time saving and a 20.9 % heat recovery improvement. Furthermore, modifying the joining angle between upper fins fro
