The photo-electrochemical etching (PECE) method has been utilized to create pSi samples on n-type silicon wafers (Si). Using the etching time 12 and 22 min while maintaining the other parameters 10 mA/cm² current density and HF acid at 75% concentration.. The capacitance and resistance variation were studied as the temperature increased and decreased for prepared samples at frequencies 10 and 20 kHz.  In this paper we investigate how do the laminated composites behave mechanically when subjected to external stresses, when reinforced with continuous fibers (mat) and discontinuous fibers (chopped) and to find the effect of the fiber type on the mechanical properties.   This researchs the preparation of particulate polymer composites from Alkyd resin and Iraqi Burn Kaolin which were added as (20%,30%,40%,50%)and comparing  with the  polymer.  It studied Thermal conductivity and Dielectric strength for both of  the Alkyd resin and  the Composite Material.        The result showed an  increase in Dielectric strength after adding the Iraqi Burn Kaolin , also the Thermal conductivity was  increased by adding the Iraqi Burn Kaolin .

This paper present a simple and sensitive method for the determination of DL-Histidine using FIA-Chemiluminometric measurement resulted from oxidation of luminol molecule by hydrogen peroxide in alkaline medium in the presence of DL-Histidine. Using 70?l. sample linear plot with a coefficient of determination 95.79% for (5-60) mmol.L-1 while for a quadratic relation C.O.D = 96.44% for (5-80) mmol.L-1 and found that guadratic plot in more representative. Limit of detection was 31.93 ?g DL-Histidine (S/N = 3), repeatability of measurement was less that 5% (n=6). Positive and negative ion interferances was removed by using minicolume containing ion exchange resin located after injection valve position.

In this paper, three main generators are discussed: Linear generator, Geffe generator and Bruer generator. The Geffe and Bruer generators are improved and then calculate the Autocorrelation postulate of randomness test for each generator and compare the obtained result. These properties can be measured deterministically and then compared to statistical expectations using a chi-square test.

     This research aims to investigate the color distribution of a huge sample of 613654 galaxies from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). Those galaxies are at a redshift of 0.001 - 0.5 and have magnitudes of g = 17 - 20. Five subsamples of galaxies at redshifts of (0.001 - 0.1), (0.1 - 0.2), (0.2 - 0.3), (0.3 - 0.4) and (0.4 - 0.5) have been extracted from the main sample. The color distributions (u-g), (g-r) and (u-r) have been produced and analysed using a Matlab code for the main sample as well as all five subsamples. A total of 352 freshwater fishes, belonging to three species of the family Cyprinidae were collected from the Greater Zab river in north of Iraq during the period from November 2000 to the end of November 2001. The inspection of their gills revealed the infection of these fishes with three species of monogenetic trematodes belonging to the genus Dogielius. These species included D. mokhayeri from Aspius vorax with a percentage incidence of 37.5%; D. molnari from Cyprinion macrostomum (33.3%) and D. persicus from Barbus luteus (41.2%). The record of this genus and its three above-named species of the present study are considered as the first record on fishes of Iraq.

The objective of this research is to study the possibility of reducing the reflectivity of the front surface of a silicon cell (Si / Si) by using a theoretical design for a single-layer Antireflection Coatings with a thickness of one quarter of the design wavelength. Then, Mathematical programs in MATLAB (10) were designed to study the quantitative efficiency of the cell as a function of the change in the particle size of the coating within the range (400 - 700 nm) wavelength of the visible state of the vertical and oblique state at the (45°) angle. (Ge) was used as an anti-reflective material. It was found that the highest quantitative efficiency was (96.9004%) at design wavelength (λ0= 550 nm)
