Um-Al-Naaj region in Al-Hawiezah Marsh, Southern Iraq was chosen to study the environmental variations of some water characteristics during 2008, seasonally. The results showed clear seasonal changes in values of some environmental variables (temperature, depth, light penetration, turbidity, total suspended solids, pH, dissolved oxygen, reactive phosphate, reactive nitrite, and reactive nitrate), while there were no clear seasonal changes in electrical conductivity and salinity values. Glucoamylase from black Aspergillus niger isolate was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and sephadex G 200 filtration. A trial for the purification of glucoamylase resulted in an enzyme with a specific activity of 6472 unit/mg protein with 10 times fold. The main goal of the present work was to test this enzyme in hydrolyzing the raw starch. Two substrates were used: corn starch and potato starch 2% (w/v). Thermal energy storage is an important component in energy units to decrease the gap between energy supply and demand. Free convection and the locations of the tubes carrying the heat-transfer fluid (HTF) have a significant influence on both the energy discharging potential and the buoyancy effect during the solidification mode. In the present study, the impact of the tube position was examined during the discharging process. Liquid-fraction evolution and energy removal rate with thermo-fluid contour profiles were used to examine the performance of the unit.      The research aimed to study the vaccination efficiency against the emerging virus SARS-CoV-2, which includes Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sinopharm vaccines that  are  used exclusively in Iraq, by measuring the level of immune cells CD4⁺ as well as vitamin D3 using ELISA technology. Taking  serums  were taken from vaccinated individuals: 20 uninfected before individuals who got a vaccination and 20 people with prior infections who had the vaccine (for each type of the three vaccines). The polymer showed a remarkable activity at low concentration (4.7x10-3 – 4.7x10-8M).
