A simple, fast, and sensitive batch and flow injection spectrophotometric
methods have been developed for the determination of clonazepam(CZP) in pure
form and in pharmaceutical preparations. The proposed methods are based on the
oxidative coupling reaction of the reduced clonazepam using Zn powders and conc.
HCl with payrocatechol and in the presence of ferric sulphate. The resulting reddish
colored product had a maximum absorbance at 515 nm. The optimum reaction
conditions and other analytical parameters have been evaluated . The linear ranges
for the batch and FI methods determination of CZP were 0.5-32, 50-400 μg mL-1
and the detection limits were 0.193, 22.60 μg mL-1 for both methods respectively.

This research introduces a proposed hybrid Spam Filtering System (SFS) which consists of Ant Colony System (ACS), information gain (IG) and Naïve Bayesian (NB). The aim of the proposed hybrid spam filtering is to classify the e-mails with high accuracy. The hybrid spam filtering consists of three consequence stages. In the first stage, the information gain (IG) for each attributes (i.e. weight for each feature) is computed. Then, the Ant Colony System algorithm selects the best features that the most intrinsic correlated attributes in classification. The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P^*).
