I have been in this research use 1997 census data to build a complete life tables using two methods (Elandt  johson and method of Akima), by relying on the tables condensed life and used the method (Cole Demeny) built in, and perhaps the most important thing is concentrated upon research is to choose the best method of composition of by comparing life expectancy of the Central Bureau of Statistics according to the 1997 census with the way it turned out the method of Elandt  johson using life tables Cole Demeny are the best

Highly-Performed Fuzzily-logicized Edge Detecting Algorithm for Noisy Handwritings

The main targets for using the edge detection techniques in image processing are to reduce the number of features and find the edge of image based-contents. In this paper, comparisons have been demonstrated between classical methods (Canny, Sobel, Roberts, and Prewitt) and Fuzzy Logic Technique to detect the edges of different samples of image's contents and patterns. These methods are tested to detect edges of images that are corrupted with different types of noise such as (Gaussian, and Salt and pepper). The performance indices are mean square error and peak signal to noise ratio (MSE and PSNR). Normalization Bernstein Basis For Solving Fractional Fredholm-Integro Differential Equation

In this work, we employ a new normalization Bernstein basis for solving linear Freadholm of fractional integro-differential equations  nonhomogeneous  of the second type (LFFIDEs). We adopt Petrov-Galerkian method (PGM) to approximate solution of the (LFFIDEs) via normalization Bernstein basis that yields linear system. Some examples are given and their results are shown in tables and figures, the Petrov-Galerkian method (PGM) is very effective and convenient and overcome the difficulty of traditional methods. We solve this problem (LFFIDEs) by the assistance of Matlab10.

      The present paper concern with minimax shrinkage estimator technique in order to estimate Burr X distribution shape parameter, when prior information about the real shape obtainable as original estimate while known scale parameter.

 Derivation for Bias Ratio, Mean squared error and the Relative Efficiency equations.

There are many different methods for analysis of two-way reinforced concrete slabs. The most efficient methods depend on using certain factors given in different codes of reinforced concrete design. The other ways of analysis of two-way slabs are the direct design method and the equivalent frame method. But these methods usually need a long time for analysis of the slabs.

Construction and Operation of Solar Energy Dish for Water Heating

Construction and operation of (2 m) parabolic solar dish for hot water application were illustrated. The heater was designed to supply hot water up to 100 oC using the clean solar thermal energy. The system includes the design and construction of solar tracking unit in order to increase system performance. Experimental test results, which obtained from clear and sunny day, refer to highly energy-conversion efficiency and promising a well-performed water heating system.
