A total of twenty-four local geese, one year old, were used in this experiment during the period from the beginning of October to the end of December. The present study was set to investigate the potential association between the level of Interleukin-6 (IL-6), as a key component of the pro-inflammatory response, with different thalassemia’s biological and clinical features.
